Beautiful Backyard Oasis Lake House

Beautiful lake home that is perfectly set up for entertaining and socializing with your family and friends. The living space is roomy with several seating areas. Decorated in modern Southwest and pride in ownership is evident. Our home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Beautifully landscaped backyard with pool and fire pit. All but one of the bedrooms, open to the back patio and lovely pool. There is a nice back patio, master bedroom patio, and a large front covered porch to sit and enjoy coffee on. All bedrooms have cable TV and ceiling fans. Located on the south side of town, which is close to the golf course and down town. Plenty of parking on the side of the house for a small to medium sized boat. All amenities such as coffee pot, pans, dishes, towels, iron and washer and dryer are in the home for your comfort. My husband and I really put in a lot of time and effort into making this home comfortable and enjoyable for our family, and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do. We prefer families that are looking to relax and take it easy in our non smoking, non- pet home. Sorry, no parties, we are close to our neighbors and would like to be respectful to them when it comes to noise at night. Garage is locked, but there is plenty of parking in the driveway and on the side of the home as well as on the curb. Pool may be heated for an additional $20 per day. Please note that the pool can take anywhere from 24-72 hours to get up to 85 degrees. Please note that we have a minimum 3 month rental for the months of January through April.
