«Overall we enjoyed our stay. There were some issues that maintenance needs to fix. We had no communication at all with anyone except when I called the emergency number because the key didn’t work but even then, I think that was a call service. They did get someone out to fix the lock in a few hours but we needed someone to stay behind to be there and they missed out on the evening’s events. «Clean rooms, nicely furnished, good location relative to downtown. I had to call to get the access codes and had some trouble deciphering them after a long trip. (The code for the inside door was presented before the outside door.) Residual odor from smoking in the unit (likely prior to renovation) was apparent for 1 of the 3 guests with a keen sense of smell. Wished there had been a Keurig for morning coffee. »
