«I make frequent trips to the area for wildlife photography, this one for the Biggest Week. I have stayed at a variety of VRBOs located at the Green Cove Resort. This has been the best and most cleanly one yet. Check in is easy and the hosts have provided everything you could need from snacks and bottled water to keurig coffees, condiments, board games and more. «We routinely visit the area for bi-annual, medical treatment and this location is convenient for many restaurants close enough to walk to. Gated parking, right off the water. Spacious, roomy, and quite. The check in process is intimidating at first, but the owners give an easy to follow, step-by-step process that is easy to master. The open deck gave a beautiful view of the lake, and we walked out back to see the eclipse. The location is amazing, and we walked to downtown PC several times. «We accepted the fact that we booked this condo with nothing to do on this island. This particular condo was janky. The overall layout and view at this building is great. I paid a hefty cleaning fee to stay here too. The entire space smelled like undiluted cleaner when we walked in. But oddly, nothing was clean.
