The chef's kitchen, adorned with granite countertops and stainless appliances, fully-equipped with everything you need to whip up a quick snack or prepare a lavish meal, invites natural light to dance through its spacious interior. The 6-seater dining table, surrounded by big windows, offers a picturesque setting where you can enjoy your meals while admiring the beautiful outdoor views. The ground level master bedroom has a luxurious king-size bed, the second and third bedrooms upstairs have one and two queen beds respectively, and all rooms have their own well-appointed newly-renovated bathrooms stocked with essentials. In the backyard, you'll find outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill, creating an idyllic space for al fresco dining and relaxation. In addition, there’s free parking on premises, as well as wifi and a dedicated workspace in a room with a door. What’s more, you can even bring your furry friends along! *** Please maintain your pets in cages while you are away, do not allow them on any furniture including beds, and please pick up after them. If extra cleaning/damage is done because of the pets we will have to charge you for it. This is why our pet fee is only $250 per night per pet. PARKING The garage can easily fit three cars comfortably and 1 additional car in the driveway. Free street parking is available at the front of the home as well. Our cleaning service provides start-up supplies, including paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen trash can liners, toilet paper, and bathroom trash liners. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, our home is just a short drive from all the best that Lake Charles has to offer, including great restaurants, shops, and attractions. For larger gatherings a maximum of 10 people is allowed on the property at one time. We do not allow parties of any kind. NO street parking allowed but the driveway is large enough for plenty of cars. This is a family neighborhood so be mindful of that at night and with larger groups.
