«The absolute worst rental property I have ever rented! From the moment we arrived, the condition of the home was far below expectations. There was a strong pet odor throughout the house, visible bugs and spiders, and an overall lack of cleanliness that made the space feel unsanitary. Basic amenities were also missing, including a trash bag in the kitchen, a coffee maker, toaster, and hair dryer. «The communication of the property manager was excellent, and the house was clean. The only real complaint is that the listing included a Smart TV, which would imply the ability to connect to the Internet and use streaming services. The TV was too old to dowload or use any of today's apps/services (Netflix, Prime, DirecTV, YouTubeTV, ESPN, etc), so didn't serve our purposes at all. If that's remedied, then the place would be fine. »
