"The rooms advertised on Hotels.com are different from what you get. My booking was for "extra sitting space" and and an "outdoor patio" that can sleep three persons. However, the receptions informed me that the extra sitting space was the patio. disappointed on the front. The add needs to be clarified."

"A terrible, terrible experience. This is a big scam. The pictures of the hotel are not from this hotel. When I arrived at the hotel they told me I had to wait before I could enter the room, that because they were filling holes in the wall, and trying to put the sockets back in the wall. When we finally get the room, it has not been washed. We found trash under the bed, urine on and around the toilet, and residue of feces in the toilet. The bathroom window could not be closed, so they had just...

"Location inside a labyrinth of narrow lanes. Was offered room at 2nd floor (Level 3) with no Elevator. Just a narrow staircase to access. I had arrived from Singapore with my wife and had a overnight stopover in Delhi so chose this location on account of proximity to Lajpat Nagar where I had some work.
Place didn't give me good feeling. I arrived at 9pm. There was no staff to help me carrying up my heavy luggage.
Frustrated with above, I just left the place without checking in and...
