Oceanfront views in paradise!

This property is the exact definition of direct oceanfront living and has been newly renovated! You cannot get closer to the water unless you are on a boat. Whale watch from your extremely private lanai and allow the lapping waves to lull you to sleep. The sunsets are incredible and you have a front-row seat! Partake in the conch ceremony every evening at sunset. Spend time sitting on the sea wall and watch turtles swim right beneath your feet!

This unit has been newly renovated, professionally designed and decorated. Modern and refreshing, the rustic beach finishes will leave you feeling like the very first guests! All new flooring, designer paint, custom tile work, shiplap accents, and brand new furnishings.

We offer an expanded floor plan with vaulted ceilings...this unit lives large! The over-sized master retreat is upstairs and boasts a king size bed, plenty of closet space and wood-accented ceilings. We have a second, private bedroom with a queen bed on the main floor. The bonus loft area has it's own queen bed, dresser and a bed frame that allows you to slide your suitcases right underneath.

Our custom, re-designed kitchen features all upgraded finishes and high-end features. You can cook your nightly meals and enjoy them outside on the lanai overlooking the water. We added a separate bar area with a wine rack and plenty of storage space for your beverage of choice.

Bonus: we have a closet of beach goodies you are welcome to use!

Compared to the crowded hustle & bustle of large resort complexes, our boutique-style building exudes the feel of understated luxury and a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for your relaxing Hawaiian getaway.

Our property sits directly on the ocean with a seawall barrier. You can access the water through the steps in the center of our seawall (perfect for snorkeling with the turtles). If you want some sand for a quick dip, you can hop over and utilize the sandy beach space at the property directly next door. If you are looking to spread out and spend a full day at one of the nicest beaches in Maui, we recommend taking a quick 2 minute walk to Honokowai Beach Park!

You have the whole condo to yourself! You also have full access to the pool. We also have a private washer and dryer in our unit so you don't have to use the communal laundry area.

Unlike other nearby resort areas, we do not charge additional fees for facility use, wireless internet or parking.

This may be the nicest unit West Maui has to offer!

There will be a non-refundable 10% fee for every booking on this platform.

Awesome property in Kaanapali with easy access to Hwy 30 Honoapiilani Hwy. Walking distance to the food trucks and a few restaurants/bakeries. The rooms were very clean. The owner responded very quickly to address any questions/concerns that we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location!

Choosing a place to stay in Maui can be daunting. However, this condo was lovely! Very clean, beautiful view and close to restaurants, shopping, walking paths, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Ocean views for days….

Katie was very responsive and a perfect host. The unit feels spacious, was very clean, comfortable beds and the most perfect ocean view with plenty of sea life and turtles to be seen right on property. My family and I loved our visit to Maui and were very pleased with the well appointed accommodations!

AMAZING!!!!

Not only was the condo and the views perfect but Katie, our host was absolutely amazing! They thought of everything! Communication was top notch! We will definitely be a repeat visitor! We were able to snorkel and swim with the turtles all day. The sunsets from the lanai were breathtaking!

Wonderful Stay!

We booked this place for a last minute trip to Hawaii and it was perfect for our 5 adults and baby. The property comfortably slept all of us and it was great to have air conditioning and enough room for all of us. It was wonderful to have a high chair and a pack and play available at the property as well. The views off of the balcony are unbeatable and we were able to see turtles and whales while sipping coffee every day. This is a perfect property for anyone wanting to stay at a quiet and comfortable place.

Amazing views!

This property was beautiful and was the perfect place to stay during our vacation. Each morning we were able to wake up, make coffee, and sit on the balcony where we enjoyed the ocean breeze and saw turtles swimming close to the shore. The airbnb was outfitted with everything we needed including beach chairs and snorkel gear!! There were several places to eat within walking distance (we loved going to Maui's farmers market for breakfast). I would highly recommend staying here if you get the chance!

Katie was very responsive and flexible. The condo was clean and modern and had all the amenities needed for a weeks stay. They even have beach gear! It was everything the description says and more. We enjoyed watching the sunset on the lanai every night and saw turtles swimming uo the seawall and beach many times. Would recommend and stay here again.

Wonderful waterfront condo in a great

Katie's condo is clean, modern, and stylish with complete functionality. The kitchen is well-appointed and we enjoyed cooking numerous meals there and eating on them on the lanai overlooking the ocean. The beach equipment provided was wonderful - everything you'd need for a day at the beach for adults and kids!! Katie was a fantastic host - flexible, responsive and super kind! Couldn't have asked for a better host or condo and highly recommend it for any families.

We had a great stay!

My husband booked this condo for our family vacation and we had such a pleasant stay. Our two boys loved swimming in the pool and watching turtles swim in the ocean below, right in front of the seawall! We have never experienced anything like that before! My husband and I whale watched from the balcony every single day, we saw the most beautiful sunsets! We rarely used the kitchen as we ended up trying all the restaurants nearby, the food on Maui is fantastic! The condo was very clean and comfortable and the view was just unbeatable. We literally felt like we were staying right on the water! We couldn't have been any happier, we did not want to leave!!!

Would absolutely stay again!!

This condo surpassed our expectations! Super clean and comfy. The view off the lanai makes the entire vacation worth every penny. We had our morning coffee sitting outside on the lanai watching the sun rise. We spent so much time there looking for whales and watching boats go by. The lanai is surprisingly private which is awesome, we felt like the only ones out there. We have been to Maui several times, but have never stayed "on the water" like this before. We will look to book this unit every time we come back! The hosts were wonderful and the unit was well stocked.

Best family vacation we've ever had at this condo!

BEST VACATION EVER! We fell in love with Maui on this family trip and this condo was just awesome. We drove just a few minutes down the street to the world famous beach, Napili Bay, almost every day. The unit supplied all the beach necessities we could have wanted. My wife and daughter really enjoyed shopping at Whaler's village which is also just a couple minutes away. I went golfing and the course was beautiful. We spent every morning drinking coffee on the lanai and we saw so many whales!!! The condo was so comfortable. It's nice and relaxed atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for. Wish I could give it 10 stars!

We booked this property last minute as our originally planned location had to cancel our reservation. We feel so lucky we ended up staying here! We enjoyed EVERY SUNSET from the lanai/balcony or down on the grass sitting on the seawall. We have never seen such stunning ocean views. We saw several whales breaching and watched sea turtles swimming beneath our feet as. The resident's in this building are so laid back, kind and generous. We will absolutely book this property whenever we return to the island!!!!!

Incredible views and location!!!

WOW! We have been to Maui many time, but this is the first time we have stayed in an Oceanfront property and it was worth every penny! This particular unit is perfectly situated for whale watching and sunset views of neighboring islands. It was spectacular, we didn't want to leave. The unit is extremely comfortable and we had everything we need for our stay. The lanai was very private, which is unexpectedly nice. We didn't have to greet any neighboring guests on their lanai because you literally can't see anyone else. The pool suited us perfectly and the grounds were beautiful. We will try to stay in this unit whenever we come back to the island! Thanks, Katie!
