Nice hotel in the middle of Laguardia
Very nice and helpful hotel staff. The room was comfortable, although no view as the windows were towards the hallway inside the hotel. The emergency light in our room was very bright and made it difficult to sleep. In the end we had to cover it in order to get the room darker. Location is very convenient but for those travelling with car, you have to find parking place outside the town walls. This might be challenging especially during the weekends. We had a good dinner at the hotel and the underground wine bar was a nice addition to the whole. Breakfast was sufficient but nothing special. All in all we had a pleasant stay.

Wonderful stay. Parking is a little difficult. You must find a place outside the walled city to park, which will be free. This can be difficult in certain times of day. Late afternoon seemed best. The hotel does offer a garage with a bit of a walk for a fee.

Res inte hit med resväska
Coolt hotell, bra service och spännande rum. Parkering fanns dock endast utanför stadens murar så det var långt att släpa resväskor uppför backarna och trapporna för att komma till staden och hotellet innanför murarna.

We enjoyed our stay very much! One suggestion: The private parking information was not available in advance. It would be helpful if the hotel could send a pin, or suggest a way to get bags up to the hotel.

I booked a May visit at this property in January through Expedia. I received a confirmation. Shortly before arrival, Expedia informed me that the property was overbooked and I would have to find alternative accommodations. Not happy with Expedia.

This is a charming hotel in the old city. Staff is friendly - most spoke some English. It would have been useful to know that half of the rooms do not have windows to the outside - don’t think that was in the description. Our garbage cans had not been emptied but other than that everything was nice and clean. There are no small reading lights by the bed so it’s either all lights on or off. No coffee maker in the room. Breakfast included and the restaurant was one of the nicer in the area.

Eine gute Adresse
Ein besonderes Erlebnis. Mitten im Herzen der Altstadt, der Weinkeller ist fantastisch und das Zimmer überaus komfortabel. Umso bedauerlicher, insbesondere angesichts des Preises, war der Zigarettengestank in unserem Zimmer, den uns der Gast zuvor hinterlassen hat. Uns wurde ein Duftspray zur Verfügung gestellt, das aber nur bedingt gewirkt hat.

If you are thinking of visiting the rioja region, there is no finer place than this. Set in LaGuardia, a quaint hillside town with spectacular views, my wife and I loved every minute we spent there.

Amazing hotel, very good service, fantastic breakfast. We were concern about Covid and wanted to have breakfast in one of the outside tables. The hotel staff brought us breakfast to an outside table. Wonderful food and plenty of it. And a charming middle age town, very well kept. A must visit.

Laguardia great hotel
What a wonderful hotel to stay at and visit LaGuardia. Don’t be mislead by any star ratings as we have stayed in many hotels and this is one of the best. The staff were really friendly and the food was great. Please note, LaGuardia is a medieval walled town never built for cars so you need to park outside the walls. The good news is the parking is free and not a long walk from the hotel.

Wow. Whats not to like about this place! I did a lot of research on where to stay in the slower month of February with my fiancée, to relax and getaway, but to also get to know a small community of locals with good wine and food, and man did I hit the jackpot! This place is unlike any other. First, the hotel is so beautiful, amazing bar and wine selection. Beautiful wine bar downstairs, great breakfast, wonderful staff. The room was spacious, with a jacuzzi tub, and nice medieval decor, like the artwork and the curtains and balconies, very romantic. We also got a couple massages and used the spa for an afternoon. It was very relaxing, and the massages were perfect. The town of LaGuardia is so cool, with caves under every building. It is a small town that is easy to explore, but there is something great around every corner. This is the exact place we were looking for. You can’t go wrong with this hotel. It was a dream.

We had a lovely room overlooking the square. It was big and spacious and very comfortable. The only down side was that it had a spa bath, but no shower. Great staff, all welcoming and friendly.
