«High value for money. Thanks! »

«The TV requires external speakers maybe Bluetooth in the head board for clarity and to keep the volume down and not annoy the neighbour's.»

«Love this place. Feels like stepping back in time but with modern comfort. Bed was super comfy, room was spacious. Staff were lovely. Bathroom and room was clean. Short walk to train station. Won't hesitate to book again»

«Loved everything about the room and staff was great. There were some inconsiderate guests who were talking and laughing outside around midnight, but they were silenced fairly quickly»

«This new place is a welcome discovery, perfectly positioned just a hundred metres or so from the Newmarket Train Station (direct CRL into the city) and also the Newmarket shopping district with Westfield, cafés etc. The rooms are very nicely appointed, the bed linen of excellent quality and the general ambience very pleasant. It presents excellent value in comparison to many other options - we will definitely we staying here again.»

«This property was amazing! We had such a lovely time. It is such a fully equipped accommodation. I can’t believe it. Thank you thank you»

«Very clean and tidy room. Comfortable bed and pillow. Handy location from the motorway. Free parking on site. The staff member was very professional and helpful»

«We were overwhelmed at the hospitality and personal service provided by our hostess and host Mel and John. To sum it up in a nutshell, we will always prefer to stay at Braemar any time we should visit Auckland in the future. The place is singularly charming and comfortable. We were offered help and assistance way beyond our expectations. Braemar on Parliament street is highly recommended. »

«The motel is relatively new and clean. The gated parking space is good. The room is clean and quiet with lots of plugs. However, the bathroom lacks any hooks or rails for towels, etc and is very inconvenient.»

«Great place to stay, and would recommend to others.»

«The room was spacious, clean and had good seating and a nice shower. The owner was lovely. The kitchen had everything you needed.»
