Welcome to the Corner House on Memory Lane! This beautiful home offers 3-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms, a loft with sleeper sofa, central AC, is near Weirs Beach, and capable of sleeping up to 8 people. It's a great home for a family vacation, with plenty of room to gather and enjoy time together.

Enter the home on the lower level, where you will find a small sitting area with a sofa and a wall-mounted television. From this room, you can also access the garage through the door on the right.

Head up the stairs to the main level, where you'll find an open floor plan living and kitchen space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full range, refrigerator, and dishwasher. You'll also find a microwave mounted above the stove, a toaster, and a blender. The cupboards are fully stocked with all the tools you'll need to cook your family meals. There is an island that seats four, as well as offering additional counter space when preparing a family feast.

Off the kitchen is a dining table completely surrounded by windows that offer beautiful views of the surrounding area. The dining table seats 6 comfortably. Here you will also find a sitting area with chairs and a side table. Off the dining area, you can go out onto the deck where you will find a table and chairs and a grill. It's a great spot to enjoy a summertime dinner. In the living room, settle into the comfy sofas and gather round the fire for quality family time. Enjoy conversation or turn on the TV and enjoy a family movie night. Also on the main floor, you will find the laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer, a bathroom with a shower and his and hers sinks, as well as a bedroom with a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and a ceiling fan.

Upstairs and to the right, find a loft area with a large sectional sofa, with pull out bed, and a wall-mounted TV, perfect for your kids to hang out and enjoy. Here you will find a selection of board games to keep everyone entertained. Here on the upper level, you will find the second bathroom, also with his and hers sinks. This bathroom has a full tub and shower, great for families with small children who prefer a bath. Also on the upper level, you will find an additional two bedrooms, each featuring a queen bed and a ceiling fan.

Head outdoors and you will find a spacious backyard for kids to run around. There is a fire pit with chairs so you can gather around the fire and enjoy your evening.
Weirs Beach Village has a community pool for you to access, and is a short walk to Weirs Beach and Weirs Boulevard. Enjoy everything the Lakes region has to offer in this beautiful home.
