«I booked this location with the understanding that there were two beds. One bed in the den that was actually a closet. There wasnt much silverware, and coffee cups so we had to wash dishes. NO hand soap in the bathroom. And only TWO HORRIBLE PILLOWS ON THE BED. NO EXTRA ANYTHING. The bed was very comfortable, but I had to by pillows bc the ones provides were so thin. We were lied to that the previously noted maintenance issues were repaired (sewage leak into basement and broken washer/dryer filled with mud). Kitchen was filthy with food encrusted utensils.
