«We had an enjoyable stay at this lovely property. Our hosts were both very welcoming and we felt that we could call on them if necessary. The Lodge is beautifully decorated and has been furnished and equipped for a very comfortable holiday. The property is situated a few miles outside Malmesbury which we found ideal for visiting many different NT sites as well as towns such as Cirencester and Tetbury.»

So nice to be able to go for walks straight from the front door and an ideal spot for visiting Avebury and other ancient sites in the area. The owner was friendly and helpful. Would love to return.»

«Stunning lodge in the most beautiful setting. This was our third visit to Lower Mill Estate. Coot Lodge is a very spacious 3 bedroom lodge - with double height living accommodation, huge decked area, with bbq. It’s close proximity to the spa and pool made it super easy to walk to. Lots of towels and clean bedding. We were spoilt for board Games. The property is so lovely that we didn’t really want to leave to go anywhere! We would highly recommend and would book to visit again.»

«What a gorgeous property! We got a little list (Thanks Google) but once we found it, we were so happy. Beautiful cottage, thanks for the milk for the coffee. Using the heaters was a little confusing but we eventually figured it out. It is a little out of the way from places but for us, that was the point. We had a car and could easily get to Bath, Stonehenge, and other points of interest. »

«My family of 4 adults stayed here. It did not disappoint! Tim & Victoria are perfect hosts and the communication is great. They provide a lot of useful info to plan and stay at their home.. even have an app & book. Although they tried very hard to explain where to park to drop off our things, we failed...but it's ok. Once you found the home, it was easy after that. They left many goodies to enjoy. Thank you! Their kitchen is well-stocked and has a Nespresso machine with a milk frother. I loved ...
