«The cottage is quite fine and well equipped, yet what is truly stunning is the setting. Behind the house, and seen from the big living room glass front, is a large stretch of grass, dotted with rocks and framed by trees. And down at the end, one can see the lake. It is great to swim right there, and a beautiful path along the lake leads to Sunset Beach, about 25 minutes away. And if it is windy, one can hear the sound of the waves in the bedroom. »

«Keep in mind this stay was in September - kids were back in school, and fewer people on summer vacation! Husband and I, and our big old senior pup arrived on Saturday and left on Tuesday. We were a bit thrown off by arriving at a double garage! But soon realized the suite is on the other side. And what a view is on the other side! «Overall it had everything you need and your 5 min from town and a fully stocked grocery store. It was clean, beds VERY comfortable, lots of room, games, fire wood stocked and large yard with shaded space. Note the private dock is across a fairly quiet street. Owners were quite responsive. »

Communication was fast, any problems were fixed immediately, and questions answered right away. But there wasn’t a lot of info regarding clean up and other expected topics.
