Delightful
Nice hotel in a lovely tropical garden. Peaceful and quiet. The food in the restaurant is tolerable, they even have wine. Fine rooms with balconies overlooking garden, a glimpse of the ocean from the second floor rooms. Helpful staff and a free shuttle service whenever you need to go to town. Nice pool, raised above the garden so there is a slight breeze. Hotel lounge chairs on the beach also. Beach too shallow for swimming, but you can walk along and look at the neighbouring concrete monster hotels and be glad you didn't choose to stay there.

There were a lot of Mosquitoes in the room. Mosquito netting for the bed would of been nice. Food was very good.

Environmentally conscious place. Own sewage system, selective waste collection, clean drinking water to spare on plastic bottles, clean beach. We loved it. Everything top quality. The owner(Indonesian) must have travelled the world a lot. THANK YOU. Keep spreading the knowledge about saving our planet.

Purisari is a beautiful place to stay. For the environmentally friendly minded people they are reusing and recycling as much as possible It has a lovely beach front area which is always so clean and raked daily, all other areas around did not clean their property like Purisari did. Staff we always smiling and greeted you, it made us feel very welcome, they always tried to help with everything we asked. I would definitely stay there again. I give it my 2 thumbs up.

This property is a breathe of fresh air in Flores, away from the hustle of the city, but only 5 min cab ride, or free shuttle ride away to get into town. The place is beautiful with huge gardens and amazing sunset at the beach. Bean bags and big shady trees at the beach for sunset viewing. Breakfast/lunch and dinner all fantastic at the restaurant, highly recommend. Best service too, always friendly and happy. Big rooms, great aircon, huge bathrooms, hot water, honestly can't recommend enough!!

great stay with one caveat
stayed 4 nights in May '19.as most reviews note,the staff is very friendly & accommodating.they went out of their way to find an item i had lost on the property which i was most appreciative of.they keep the grounds & the beach really immaculate on a daily basis which is nice compared to many other beachfront establishments.the room we had was well appointed and met all our needs.the touches like the water pitcher & mini frig were great.and the AC was good & cold.the kitchen does an outstanding job with the meals,especially breakfast.such delicious fresh local fruit, fruit juices,& the local seafood served at lunch & dinner was so much better than most restaurants (a great value!).also,the ability to be able to order food at the pool or beach and have it brought to us was a nice touch.they are doing some construction on the grounds,paths, & pool area cabana but it was not a disruption during our stay. the one caveat to staying here,which was quite annoying during our time,was the local mosque's call to prayer which was broadcast long & loud MANY times during the day.including early morning & during evening hours while trying to sleep.not sure if this timing occurs only during Ramadan (we were there during this) or if it is a consistent thing,but if it really is a multi time daily occurrence i think this hotel will suffer as the word gets spread regarding the disruption.it unfortunately is distracting enough to lessen the enjoyment of lying on the beach or enjoying a massage.

Really good stay outside the noise and traffic
Although it is a bit far from the village, it is good located and has a private beach with an amazing sunset. I loved it. Rooms were big and comfortable and staff are very nice. Breakfast is OK. Free shuttles every hour more or less to the village.

Puri Sari Beach Hotel is a wonderful hotel. The service was consistently superb, every staff member was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious (generous servings too!) and the grounds of the hotel (the gardens, pool, beach) were beautiful. There was easy transport to and from town with frequent free shuttles. The room was spacious, very cool, and very nice. The bed was large and comfortable and the room was a lovely place to return to after exploring Komodo National Park. The pool was excellent, the beach was lovely, all of the facilities were really good. Everything was very professional and very well run. We really appreciated how every single staff member made us feel welcome and we could tell that they wanted us to enjoy our stay. We adored our stay at Puri Sari and we will definitely stay at Puri Sari again when we return to Labuan Bajo in the future.

This property was a great stay. They are making upgrades, but it didn't effect the quality of my stay at all. They were sold out on the last 2 nights, so I moved to a different hotel about 5 minutes away. In comparison: 1. Puri Sari offers free filtered water (and free bottled water) 2. Resteraunt menu is much better, and at least half the price 3. Free bug repellant lotion. That works!!! 4. All the staff are welcoming and constantly asking about your stay 5. If you can't make breakfast due to a day excursion, they will pack a breakfast box. Highly recommended. They may be a bit less eye appealing than this other property, but I'd prefer Puri Sari.

Good hotel but needs some TLC
Staff were really helpful and friendly. Especially when it rained so hard and a nearby river burst it’s banks flooding the grounds of the hotel. Food was good and plentiful. However the hotel was tired and in need of some tlc. Swimming pool was great but some repairs need to be carried out . A little out of the town but shuttle (free) is offered.

A pleasant stay
I had a lovely time at Puri Sari. The staff was attentive and extremely helpful. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the room was comfortable. The breakfast provided is good. The staff helped arrange a private tour to Padar Island, Pink Beach, and Rinca Island (to see the Komodo dragons). I recommend this hotel.

Cute, friendly place to call home in Labuhanbajo
Labuhanbajo has changed greatly since we were last there about 15 years ago, and Puri Sari is an example of a change for the good. There were previously few options for accommodations. The room, while plain in style, was nice and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Service was great—everyone was so friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to Hubert, the manager, who helped us arrange a delightful day’s excursion to Komodo and various snorkeling sites. The pool is a good size and sparkling clean, and you also have the option of swimming on the beach that is just beyond the gardens and pool. We ate lunch in the restaurant, as well as the complementary breakfast, and the food was very good. The hotel gets high marks from me for being Indonesian owned.

Far from the port, but in a positive way
Nice hotel, a little bit far from the center, but this is ok, cause it's quite, with a beach that feel private, and they have a free shuttle, so it is no issue to be far from the center of Lubuanbajo. The pool was also very nice and relaxing. The bathroom's door didn't work that well. I read it in other reviews something about the wifi and I felt it was dumb compliants, but then, I saw the reason, every time that you lock your cellphone or ipad, you need to re-register again with username and password and after 5 days, I think I register several hundred times, they really need to improve this because it is really annoying and inefficient.

Absolute Paradise
This is definitely the most underrated place Ive ever stayed. The staff were incredibly friendly and the room was bigger and better than the pictures. The bed was so incredibly comfortable. The grounds are beautiful and serene. It is easy to get places with the airport and city shuttle. They even booked us a Komodo tour for 650,000 IDR a person which included transfer, hiking, snorkeling with manta rays and a small reef, Komodo island, and breakfast and lunch. We had the most comfortable stay and everything was perfect. Wish we could have stayed longer

Superb accommodations!
This hotel felt like a luxury hotel set in a jungle forest and next to the beach and water. An Indonesian gem here. Everything was excellent about our stay here.

Las habitaciones son amplias y en general limpias. Al comienzo nos dieron una habitación distinta a la contratada, pero a la noche siguiente nos cambiaron a la que correspondía. La piscina está muy bien, pero la playa no es muy bonita. Está relativamente lejos del centro, por lo que se debe usar los servicios del hotel permanentemente para ir al pueblo. Lo malo es que si debes tomar un auto fuera del horario programado, cobran muy caro. Y a veces los paseos y tours salen más temprano que el primer auto al pueblo.

Hôtel propre et bien entretenu. Le manager veille à faire corriger tout défaut. Personnel très accueillant, à l’écoute et très disponible. Restaurant de bonne qualité avec là aussi des personnels toujours souriants. Notre serveur, Fernando, a été parfait. Le jardin et la piscine sont agréables. Seul bémol, la plage. Les abords de l’eau sont sales, encombrés de branches et l’eau elle-même présentait des traces d’hydrocarbures...

The staff make this accommodation worth staying at
Great atmosphere, friendly stag who always went out of their way to help us out. The rooms are fairly basic however for Labuan Bajo they are still better than most options available. Overall this hotel is ok value for money.
