Villa Laura is a luxury and modern villa with private pool, gym and jacuzzi built in 2020 and immersed in a green landscape. Located just near Labin, just 4 km from the sea, Villa Laura represents the perfect place to spend completely relaxing holiday with your family in the quiet atmosphere. Special feature of this villa is a modern Italian design, private swimming pool of 30m2 (heated upon request), gym, terrace with jacuzzi and various entertainment facilities for children and adults.Villa Laura offers comfortable accommodationfor up to 7 guests, thanks to its bright and spacious interior spread across two floors. On the ground floor there is a stylishliving room with Sat TV, equipped bar unit, bookshelf with books in both English and German language, sofa and comfortable arm chairs. Dining room and the modern fully equipped kitchen are connected with the living room. Outside is a covered terrace with abig table and chairs that represents aperfect place to enjoy dinner and breakfast. On the ground floor there are also a bathroom with ashower and a small but efficient gym with top quality TechnoGym equipment: a professional treadmill and a multifunctional equipment. The upper floor features 3double bedrooms(one room is with an extra bed) with balconies that are overlooking the pool area and offeranamazing panoramic view of the sea.Two bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with shower and on this floor there is also an additional shared bathroom with jetted tub. The big balcony on the first floor, overlooking a breath-taking landscape, has ajacuzzi thatcan be heated upon request. On the terrace next to the swimming pool, a table football is available to have some funduring your stay. Villa Laura is a pet-friendly villa, with max. 1 pet allowed. Pet fee in amount of 10€ per pet/day is not included in the final price and is to be paid on spot upon arrival. Tourist tax is not included and is to be paid on spot €1,70 per day/per person. The outdoor pool can be heated on request with a €35 per day extra charge. Whirpool can also be heated on request with a €15 per day extra charge, min 7 days.
