The properties share a spacious garden, which features a swimming pool, a BBQ and peaceful lounge corners between the olive trees. Furnished with tables and comfortable seating, these corners provide perfect spots for morning coffees, a quiet afternoon with a book, or simply enjoying the fresh air and silence.

The studio apartment is situated on the ground floor and features a practical air-conditioned living space furnished with a double bed, a Satellite TV, a dining table, a wardrobe and 2 comfortable chairs. This space also incorporates a modern kitchenette fitted with a drip coffee machine, a cooker hob and a fridge freezer.

Location

The property is located a 10-minute walk from the charming village of Marceljani in eastern Istria, Croatia. The historic town of Labin is an 8-minute drive, where visitors can wander through the charming old town with narrow stone streets, galleries, and beautiful viewpoints. The closest restaurants are here, where guests can enjoy the delicious local cuisine. For self-catering, Labin’s daily market is a treasure trove of the freshest local fish, vegetables and fruit. There is also a supermarket in the town, banks and pharmacies.

For beach days, visitors can head to Rabac, the “Pearl of Kvarner” (a 10-minute drive), where the crystal-clear waters are ideal for scuba diving and many other water sports. Away from the water, there are many other activities; visitors can hire bicycles in Rabac, hike through the countryside or go horse riding.

For history lovers, another popular excursion is a trip to the ancient city of Pula (a 50-minute drive), to visit the Roman amphitheatre, the seafront and the antique harbour.

The closest international airport is Pula (PUY), which is just a 45-minute drive away.
