«Communication with host and property management was phenomenal! Any text sent was immediately answered. Totally enjoyed our 5 night stay over the week of Christmas. The property was super cozy and the surroundings were so peaceful and rustic. I gave it 4 stars, as we had a couple of issues which were promptly handled, and the heated floors of the bathrooms were amazing! The cleaning crew needs a bit more supervision as there were a number of areas definitely not covered. Loved the fire pit area ...

«The cabin is cute and clean. Kept up well. We never used the screened in porch but was a nice option with ping pong table. It was quite the hike back up from the lake, and up to the loft floor. The AC worked great and kept us cool on super hot weekend, albeit loudly. The lake was great and nice sand beach on one end. This rental had pebble beach which we liked for less mess. »

«This was a great house. It was very comfortable and the kitchen items were well stocked. Master bedroom bed was so comfortable! Pillows were comfy and there were plenty. Downstairs bathroom had amazing water pressure in the shower. The amenities at Innsbrook are awesome. My grandkids loved the pool and the beach. Wi-fi was good. Check in and out was easy. The view was BEAUTIFUL at the house and at Innsbrook! Loved the recycling ability. »

«There was plenty of space in house and activities for the quiet break we were looking for. The house however was not clean. It was full of pet hair in the carpet and on the furniture. Rentals that house pets should consider furniture that can wiped down and floors that can be swifted. The resort manager promptly responded to our concerns and sent someone over to vacuum, even on Thanksgiving. »
