This is a spacious and well-equipped house and fit our group of 6 very well (5 adults and one 11yr old boy). We used the ping pong table and air hocky every day, the swim spa only once since we were there during a rare springtime heatwave. The kitchen is roomy and well equipped. The furnishings are very nice and the couch is roomy. There is a great western view with a large deck/veranda from which to watch the sun set. A nice nighttime view of La Verkin and its lights.The area is quiet; there are no restaurants within walking distance. Hurricane is about 15 minutes away and has several restaurants and the Walmart. Zion is also about 20 minutes away so the house is well situated. This is the bottom half of a house so there are stairs going down to the entrance. There are no stairs once inside. There was some noise from the upstairs in the morning once the folks living there woke up, mostly just walking noises. The fan remotes lacked batteries and were complicated to figure out.The host was easy to contact and answered any questions we had. Parking is right near the house.I would say this is a good value for the money.
