«Love this place! Had a truly wonderful experience. The reservation process was very easy and everything was just as it was stated. The house was very clean, bedding wonderful, kitchen well stocked (nice to have "real" dishes). The kitchen/living/patio area was a great place to visit and relax. The golf cart drive was so nice and only about 7 min to the beach. And both beach clubs. We watched the sunsets every night. «This was such an amazing property and the management was excellent! The check-in was smooth, and the house was ready for us. We went as a family group with kids ages 6-11 and they loved every corner of this house. The pool and view was perfect! «We were so happily surprised by the sleek modern, well-appointed, newly constructed Casita. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals and we thoroughly enjoyed having such easy and close access to the pool. The nearest beach is peaceful and quiet and only about 5 mins walk. Would absolutely recommend this residence for a family with older children- probably not toddlers as too many lovely bits of furniture to crash into. we just loved it!»

«The bottom floor rooms share the outside kitchen and we all share the fire pit and front patio. We are a few blocks away from the water and close to food and restaurants and small stores. You can just walk to get around or rent a scooter right here from Pepe, the owner. He is very good at assisting with all your adventures. «Great stay at CasaSunbreak. Everything you need is there: purified water in good supply; a big bag of coffee; excellent a/c; thick, large towels; dish soap; books. Lovely art work throughout the house. Neighborhood has easy access to DiDi (local Uber equivalent). Allison lives on site and is helpful with any questions. Also had good recommendations for transportation from SJD and a local rental car company. A fantastic time diving in La Paz.»
