«The host was incredibly communicative and helpful. The apartment is spacious and very modern. It is super close to the train station and walking distance to a small grocery (Carrefour express) and a large one (Coop).We used the apartment as a jumping off point for several days in Cinque Terre and was perfect with the train pass.»

«Assez Bon emplacement pour les visites. Pb de stationnement dans pitelli. Propreté du logement très douteuse (douche dégueulasse, join de frigo ignobles, Micro onde sale...et j'en passe.). On a pas intérêt à casser de la vaisselle sinon on ne peut plus manger. Le logement sent le moisi et la wifi est restée à la 2G. Le propriétaire reste tout de même à l'écoute.»

«We stayed here as a family of four. The property was very comfortable. Comfortable beds, washer and beautiful view. No need for AC in June. Noise from town and cafe below carries but quiet if windows shut. Things to note but no fault of the owners- there are a lot of steps to get up to apartment itself and the shower is very small. My 6 foot tall husband and son could not bend down. It could be a problem for a larger person.»

Und nochmal: DIE RUHE !!!Ponzanello ist fast verwaist Ende Mai aber mit genug Holz für den mittelalterlichen OFFENEN (wo gibt es sowas denn noch?) Kamin in der Küche lassen sich auch 8 Nächte locker aushalten. Wir empfehlen jedem sich die Bilder von Alberico anzusehen, denn genau das erwartet euch auch. «Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und hatte eine super Ausstattung, vor allem was die Küche betrifft. Einen schönen Garten mit Bänken und einem großen Tisch. Die Räume haben eine ziemlich hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit aber es war stets angenehm kühl. Klimaanlage und Herd funktionierten einwandfrei. Die Kontaktierung zum Gastgeber lief schnell, verständlich und reibungslos. Die Parkmöglichkeit zur Wohnung ist ein paar Meter Bergauf entfernt und man erreicht den Strand zu Fuß in 5-10min. 👍»

«Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und komplett ausgestattet. Die Lage könnte zentraler nicht sein. Man hört entsprechend natürlich die Menschen in den Straßen und den nahen Zug. Aber die Fenster sind extrem schalldicht. Sobald man sie schließt, kann man gut schlafen.»

«The place was excellent. Great views. Only two issues...1) The balcony would have been amazing, but we had no key to access it. 2) I don't believe it was mentioned, but a car is a must if you stay here. We had to find a cab to get into the town. Getting to a bus is a 15 minute, extremely dangerous walk on a narrow windy road with no shoulder. I'd still stay again, but I'd be sure to get my own transportation.»
