Relaxing holiday

ideale Lage

Restaurants, Bistros, Cafés, Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Ideal zum Schlendern auf der Einkaufsmeile. Wenige Minuten zum Beach Walk. Nachteil: Unser Apartment war auf der Ostseite, der Balkon auf der Nordseite, daher keine direkte Sonne auf dem Balkon. Es gibt jedoch genug Sonne auf den Liegen in der Anlage, die täglich gepflegt wird. Grosses unbeheiztes Schwimmbad, Die Anlage selbst war sehr ruhig. Wenn es Lärm gab, kam der von ausserhalb.

Schöne Wohnung

Schöne Wohnung Gianfranco hat uns herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Was uns aber fehlte war eine Filter Kaffeemaschine die uns Gianfranco am selben Tag am Abend noch brachte. Danke für den schnellen Service. Die Möbel auf den Balkon sehen sehr gut aus. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, Supermärkte sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Zur Altstadt benötigt man 10-15 Minuten, wo zahlreiche Lokalitäten zu finden sind. Die Wohnung ist nicht leicht zu finden. Der Fernseher funktionierte bei uns nicht, haben ihn nicht anbekommen, war aber nicht schlimm, im Urlaub wird das nicht benötigt. Das Internet könnte etwas schneller sein. Der Pool ist sehr groß, dieser wurde von uns aber nur ein Mal benutzt, da wir lieber im Meer baden. Der Strand liegt sehr nah, wir würden diesen aber nicht empfehlen, da der Geruch von den angespülten Algen nicht angenehm ist. Der beste Strand liegt außerhalb von Corralejo im Naturschutzgebiet, liegen gibt es auch vor Ort, diese kosten 3€ pro Liege. Zu empfehlen ist ein Ausflug in den Ort Betancuria, vor allem das Lokal LaSombra hat es uns angetan, zwei mal waren wir dort, alles wird frisch zubereitet. Für eine Fahrt nach Morro Jable sollte man auf jeden Fall einen ganzen Tag einplanen, allein schon die Autofahrt dauert hin und zurück insgesamt 3 - 3,5 Stunden. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner erholsamer Urlaub, wir können die Wohnung weiter empfehlen. Danke Gianfranco und Giulia

Nice place to stay!

Overall the apartment was very nice, it had everything you would need in the kitchen. Lovely veranda to sit on with a good deal of sun. Beds were very comfy, the only downside was in one of the bedrooms, the ceiling light shone with a low glow which couldn't be turned off. The apartment is just round the corner from the main strip, where there is lots of shops and restaurants. Also just round the corner to the beach. Definitely recommend.

Schönes Appartement mit Gemeinschaftspool in zentraler Lage

Wir möchten uns auf diesem Wege bei Guilia und Gianfranco für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in Corralejo bedanken. Am Tag der Anreise wurden wir nach vorheriger Ankündigung von Gianfranco freundlich empfangen und durch die Zimmer geführt. Verständigungsprobleme gab es dank Online-Übersetzer nicht. Auf Nachfrage erhielten wir einen zweiten Satz Schlüssel. Auch die Wohnungsübergabe am Abreisetag verlief reibungslos. Das Appartement war sehr gepflegt, sauber und entsprechend der angegebenen Fotos freundlich und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Möbel und Elektrogeräte waren neuwertig und voll funktionsfähig. Die Küchenzeile war mit allem ausgestattet, was man für ein gemütliches Frühstück bzw. eine warme Mahlzeit benötigt. Lediglich die Balkonmöbel waren in Mitleidenschaft gezogen, was aber wohl dem unpfleglichen Gebrauch durch Feriengäste zuzuschreiben ist. Die Außenanlage mit dem Gemeinschaftspool wurde regelmäßig vom Gärtner/Hausmeister gepflegt und gesäubert. Beim TV-Programm per Satellit gibt es leider keinen deutschen Sender, was allerdings wünschenswert wäre. Zum Glück gab es schnelles WLAN und wir konnten mit dem Tablet online fernsehen. Alles in allem hatten wir 3 Wochen erholsamen Urlaub in Corralejo und einen angenehmen Aufenthalt dank Guilia und Gianfranco. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können Guilias Appartement deshalb nur empfehlen.

Wonderful stay

Guisys and Gianfranco were a pleasure to deal with. We requested an early check in which wasn’t a problem. The apartment is in a fantastic location with shops and restaurants on your door step and the beach 1 minute stroll. The apartment was on the quiet side of the complex as there are a few pubs on the other side. We had no issues with noise. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious and had everything you needed for a relaxing stay. There is no air con but 2 shelf standing fans that worked a treat. The shower was great and the beds are comfortable. After reading reviews regarding the wifi, I can confirm that wifi has now been installed and works like a dream. We had 4 phones using the data and never had one problem. We always like to use a safe and on arrival couldn’t find the key. Just a quick text to Gianfranco and he was straight round to help. The pool was lovely and we never had a problem finding a sunbed. The terrace was a lovely suntrap with great views over the pool area. I would highly recommend renting this place.

Sehr schöne Anlage

Schöne moderne eingerichtete Wohnung, schöner Pool tolle Lage, zentral und dennoch ruhig. Leider etwas Pech gehabt mit einem Mieter eine Wohnung unter uns. Der war schon etwas laut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Lovely clean property

Property was great, two keys would have been useful as we were up and down to the pool and it meant two of us going to open gate to pool and then being able to get back in property. WiFi and TV no good , TV only good if you wanted English news and with kids that wasn’t good. Mind you it all packed up after 2 days. Used all my data and had to get more to keep kids happy at night. Apart from that the property was in a great part of Corralejo.

Great Family Stay

Great communication, everything was as described. Even when we couldn't find the ironing board we contacted Gianfranco and he came round and got it for us. Never needed to purchase the WiFi as i have plenty of data on my phone etc. for roaming, not having air-con was not an issue; open a couple of windows and there is a lovely breeze. Great pool, close to the beach, bars shop and restaurants, had a great time in all in Corralejo.

Bright Modern Apartment

A wonderful bright, clean and fresh 1st floor apartment with all mod cons (almost). I have stayed in Corralejo nine times and this is the best apartment I have stayed in, excellent location with key access to a lovely pool and minutes walk from the beach. This is however, the first time I have had to pay for wifi. The ad mentions wifi several times but only at the bottom in the additional information section, under extras does it mention that wifi = rechargeable. Most bars and restaurants have free wifi but in this day and age it is nice to have free wifi when chilling in the apartment. All four of our party used our own personal allowance within a week, the wifi router is topped up at the local mobile phone shop, currently 20 euro for 6Gb which lasted approx 5 days. I must mention the communication with the owner Giusy and Gianfranco who looks after you in resort, this is nothing short of excellent, any issues you have are responded to within minutes, this is very reassuring. I would highly recommend this apartment both in terms of quality and customer care, the best I have had, but come on guys, get the wifi upgraded, its 2018 after all.

Great apartment in Ideal Location

Modern, clean, well equipped apartment in great location, 2 mins walk from shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Definitely good value for money. Some minor points to be aware of: no air-conditioning which, for us, made the apartment feel quite stuffy particularly at night. Also, swimming pool is lovely and quiet, but more easily accessible from ground floor rather than this 1st floor apartment. That said, there is a spacious balcony which catches sun all day long. Lastly, noisey neighbour (who I think may live there) played very loud music most nights till around 3am which although we tolerated, may be disruptive for others! Appreciate very difficult for property owner to control this but worth being prepared for. All in - this is a great apartment in ideal location and owners Giulia and Gianfranco were very helpful and good to deal with

Great Location

Well equipped & very clean apartment in a great central location. The only issues we had were that it is clearly advertised as a 2 bed apartment but the 2nd bedroom was locked so not available to use. (although there were only 2 of us we were not asked about our sleeping arrangements prior to the holiday & this may be an issue for some). Also the parking area behind the apartment was locked with a rope and padlock contraption, it was broken when we arrived so you could park there without using the key. A day or so later it was repaired but our key would not open the lock although it appeared to be the correct key so we gave up and parked on the road. A few days later we noticed that the padlock/chain had been ripped off the wall again so someone obviously got frustrated with the lock. Apart from that we had a great time and would recommend this apartment.

An exceptional smartly furnished apartment

We stayed in this clean, modern, spacious apartment for 4 days in June 2018 Prior to our stay I had several Communications with Giusy the owner All very positive and quick response. We were met at the apartment by the very pleasant Gianfranco who was very willing to help. The apartment is ideally located near to "the strip" and the beach. It is modern, clean and well furnished. 2 good bedrooms and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend this lovely apartment.

Great location with a sunny balcony.

We stayed at the apartment 19 - 26/5/18. We had arranged with Giusy, that Gianfranco would pick us up at the airport. We had a problem with our phone signals inside the airport and couldn't contact Gianfranco. It turned out, we were stood next to him at arrivals. It would have been useful if he had a board with our names on, but we found each other eventually. The apartment is exactly as it looks in the photos. It had everything needed for a self catering holiday. There was no air con but at this time of year it wasn't too much of an issue. The balcony was a good size and has sun all day. Internet was available at a cost, we just used our own mobiles internet and there was wifi in many of the bars and restaurants. The location of the apartment is great, close to the main street, but it was quiet at night and we slept well. The balcony over looked the large pool and garden area. We didn't use the pool or the sun lounges, but it wasn't busy whenever we were sat reading on our balcony. Contact with Giusy from booking to departure was easy and response time quick. We were able to stay in the apartment until Gianfranco picked us up and took us to the airport as arranged. I would stay here again and would recommend to family and friends.

Lovely modern apartment

We had a great 14 night stay here. It has all mod cons everything you could need in the kitchen both bedrooms are a good size. The apartment is in a great location down a side street off the main road . Easily walkable to beach shops and bars. Also liked the large pool . Great friendly service from Giulia and Gianfranco. All three of us said would stay here again without hesitation .

Great property, so handy for the beach, shops and restaurents.

We had a hire car but could have managed without as we took a trip to Isle of Lobos just 15mins walk away. Other trips can easily be booked in Corralego. The apartment was as described, very comfortable with a good kitchen/dining area and square balcony overlooking the pool. You need a key to get to the pool area, we only used the pool once as it was colder than the sea which is so near. In the past we have hired villas costing way more but liked this better as the location is perfect and there is everything you need eg washer, dishwasher, comfy beds etc. Five of us went on the holiday with children aged 4 and 7. We all wanted to stay longer.
