«This hotel simply reprsents the best you can get in La Chaux-de-Fonds. Nice and relaxed surrondings. Spacy rooms and very nice breakfast. If you stay at this hotel you should also try out their excellent restaurant.»

«Lovely stay, everything was great. Only one thing I'd recommend and that is changing the location of the trash can outside (which is right by the entrance of the hotel) as it's quite smelly, especially during these hot days we're having! Merci beaucoup.»

Excellente table. Tranquillité.»

«The GuestHouse was a unique and wonderful place. We had small kitchen/dining area and a lovely bedroom and bathroom. Downstairs there was a place to make breakfast and coffee. There is a nice bakery across the street, too. The staff were friendly and helpful.»

«This hotel is amazing. It is about 20 minutes from Neuchatel at the bottom of a gorge by a river. The location is peaceful and scenic. The staff here are superbly hospitable. The room was very spacious and clean with a big bathroom. If you are wondering about the lack of curtains (there are net curtains), you need to use the shutters which are very effective. Our evening meal was delicious and the service excellent. Breakfast was continental style with meats, cheeses, fruits, yoghurt, jam, ...

«Newly renovated with very nice style.»

«We enjoyed our stay at Hotel de l’Ecluse. The property was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent for exploring Neuchâtel, especially the lakefront, the Collegiate Church, and the castle area, all within easy walking distance. A couple of maintenance issues could use attention — the toilet seat in our room was loose and the shower drain cover kept coming off during use. The room was also quite warm at night. «Hyggelige folk. Lå greit til. Enkelt men hyggelig. Anbefales.»
