«This hotel simply reprsents the best you can get in La Chaux-de-Fonds. Nice and relaxed surrondings. Spacy rooms and very nice breakfast. If you stay at this hotel you should also try out their excellent restaurant.»

«Lovely stay, everything was great. Only one thing I'd recommend and that is changing the location of the trash can outside (which is right by the entrance of the hotel) as it's quite smelly, especially during these hot days we're having! Merci beaucoup.»

«Hotellet holdt på å pusse opp resepsjonen. Rommene er rene og ok men lenge siden de ble pusset opp og modernisert.»

«The GuestHouse was a unique and wonderful place. We had small kitchen/dining area and a lovely bedroom and bathroom. Downstairs there was a place to make breakfast and coffee. There is a nice bakery across the street, too. The staff were friendly and helpful.»

«L'hôtel est un tres bon rapport qualité prix, les chambres sont propres et suffisamment grandes. Le petit déjeuner est tres bien, varié et avec de très bons produits ,un garage est proposé gracieusement pour les motards et toujours avec le sourire . Je recommande absolument cet établissement»

«This hotel is amazing. It is about 20 minutes from Neuchatel at the bottom of a gorge by a river. The location is peaceful and scenic. The staff here are superbly hospitable. Our evening meal was delicious and the service excellent. Breakfast was continental style with meats, cheeses, fruits, yoghurt, jam, ...

«Newly renovated with very nice style.»

«Store rom med god plass. Vi hadde familierom. Det var rent og pent og nytt»

«Hyggelige folk. Lå greit til. Enkelt men hyggelig. Anbefales.»

«We enjoyed our stay at Hotel de l’Ecluse. The property was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent for exploring Neuchâtel, especially the lakefront, the Collegiate Church, and the castle area, all within easy walking distance. A couple of maintenance issues could use attention — the toilet seat in our room was loose and the shower drain cover kept coming off during use. The room was also quite warm at night. «Fine rom, rent og ganske nylig oppusset. Noen rom hadde balkong, med litt utsikt mot sjøen og fjellene. Litt trafikkstøy. »
