The outdoor space also boasts a built-in BBQ grill and a charming wood-burning fireplace – ideal for evening gatherings. Hidden amidst lush greenery, you’ll find a private pickleball and basketball court. Rackets and basketballs are provided, so you can dive right into the fun.



Inside, the open-concept layout connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas seamlessly. High ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The living room features a large sectional sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a cozy fireplace, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a day at the beach.

To ensure the safety of our guests and the proper maintenance of our pool, please observe the following rules at all times:



🤖 Pool robot/vacuum — Please do NOT remove the pool robot/vacuum from the pool under any circumstances without prior permission from our team. Unauthorized removal may result in damage to the filtration system and additional fees.

🌡️ Spa/jacuzzi — Please ensure the spa is turned off when not in use. This helps maintain the system and conserve energy for all guests.

🍷 No glass near the pool — For the safety of all guests, glass containers of any kind are strictly prohibited in and around the pool area. Please use plastic or non-breakable containers only.

⚙️ Pool system — Please do NOT touch, adjust, or tamper with the pool system, controls, valves, or equipment without explicit permission from our team. If you experience any issues, please reach out to us and we will assist you right away.

⚠️ Please note: Failure to comply with any of the above pool rules will result in a fine of $1,000. Our pool maintenance team will conduct a thorough inspection and will determine whether any of the stated rules have been violated during your stay.
