The Space:

Morning light glints off the water as you step onto your private patio or balcony, coffee in hand, with the sound of waves drifting in from the shore. Days unfold between the beach and the pool, with tropical air and palm-lined grounds setting an easy rhythm. In the evenings, the sky softens over the Riviera Nayarit coastline, inviting slow dinners indoors or quiet moments outside before settling in for a restful night.



Set within the Punta Esmeralda condominium in Cruz de Huanacaxtle, this entire home accommodates up to 8 guests with 3 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 2 baths. The waterfront setting places you right next to a body of water, with beach access and resort access allowing you to move easily between sand, sea, and shared facilities. While the complex enjoys an oceanfront location, the home also features a garden view that brings a sense of greenery and calm to your stay.



Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms and five beds provide flexibility for families or groups traveling together. Bed linens, cotton linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades support a comfortable night’s sleep, while clothing storage - including a closet and hangers - helps you settle in. A crib, Pack ’n play/Travel crib, children’s books and toys, children’s dinnerware, and window guards make the space well-suited for guests traveling with little ones. The single level home layout - with no stairs in home - adds convenience for all ages.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen offers space where guests can cook their own meals, with a dining table ready for shared breakfasts or relaxed evening dinners. Whether you’re preparing fresh local ingredients or keeping things simple, the layout makes it easy to gather and connect over food before heading back out to enjoy the coast.



Outdoor living & amenities

Life here naturally extends outdoors. Spend time at the outdoor pool, unwind on your private patio or balcony with outdoor furniture, or sway gently in the hammock. The backyard and outdoor dining area create space to linger in the warm climate, and the BBQ grill is available for casual meals at home. Beach essentials, bikes, and a kayak support days spent exploring the shoreline and nearby waters, while a shared gym in building and elevator add convenience to your routine. Free parking garage on premises and free street parking are available.



Work & practical comforts

Wifi and a dedicated workspace - in a room with a door - make it easy to balance productivity with relaxation. Central air conditioning keeps the interior comfortable year-round. A free washer - In unit - supports both short and extended stays, and long term stays allowed offers flexibility for longer visits. Self check-in with lockbox, luggage dropoff allowed, and cleaning available during stay add ease to your arrival and departure.



Neighborhood

Located along the Riviera Nayarit, Cruz de Huanacaxtle is known for its coastal landscapes and warm, humid-tropical climate. With an average temperature around 28°C, the setting remains inviting throughout the year - ideal for beach days, poolside afternoons, and unhurried evenings by the water.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your letter of access.



Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time, please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.



The Neighborhood:

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Nayarit Riviera. It comprises some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, it is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time.



Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car or you can use the Uber platform to get around the area and visit restaurants, stores and other attractions in the area. For a more personalized attention we can recommend transportation services as well as places to visit.



Other Things to Note:

In order to make your stay a 5 star stay, you need to take into account the following information:



Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.



Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.



-IMPORTANT: We remind you that it is vitally important not to throw any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper.

As an alternative, we have provided you with garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.



-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay.



-The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates 1 to 5* guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 20* dlls extra per person per night.

-Electricity consumption

Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that your stay will include when your reservation is confirmed.



Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.

The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
