Semi Annual Family Trip

We stayed Villa Turquesa for our 4th semi-annual family trip. We had total of 13 people which included our children and their spouses. The house had plenty of room and we never felt crowded. The staff including the chef, housekeeping and concierge were very attentive. The "resort" was pretty empty, and restaurants were not available. Fortunately, we opted for the chef service, which worked out much better than anticipated. We would definitely give 5 stars for the chef service! The house is

Sons senior trip

We went in a group of 13 for my son’s senior graduation trip. This house had plenty of room to fit everyone comfortably. The pool and ocean view were beautiful. It was very nice having the Masala restaurant right up the sidewalk. Food and drinks were awesome, the service was great, they even deliver food and drinks to the home. Definitely a place we will come back to.

Beautiful spot for a family getaway

Lots of comfortable sleeping spaces, comfy firm beds. Note that some rooms are adjoining, so not that private if you're going with a big group of adults. It worked great for our group of families with six kids. Chef Abi was AMAZING. More than worth the price, and the concierge service arranging transportation, buying groceries, and researching surf schools, went way above and beyond.

Great family trip despite minor hiccups

We all had a wonderful time during our 1-week stay at Villa Turquesa! The view, pool, and living space were just what we were looking for and having the chef prepare breakfast and dinner daily was such a treat! We also appreciated Yvonne's responsiveness to various needs (groceries, transportation, and some plumbing issues throughout) I will say that some of the rooms are definitely much nicer than others (size, view/no view, etc.), and as I mentioned we encountered some plumbing issues that lead to us needing to reshuffle our sleeping arrangements on the last night. They called in maintenance, but they were not able to do the repair needed, and we never heard anything more from the property manager after that. I would have at minimum expected an apology and perhaps an offer of a discount, etc. Oh well. Otherwise a great stay!

Wonderful getaway spot

We had the best time with our four small family group. So wonderful to have a private pool, but also the other pools in the complex to move around during the day. Private chef service cost was reasonable and the food Chef Avi prepared was exquisite! We still talk about Avi's food, wishing we could invite him on other trips. The kids loved having the pool table and ping pong table to play with. Waterfront property made it easy to grab one of the property provided kayaks and paddle boards to enjoy a paddle in the bay of Banderas. We had a fantastic time and wou;nd't hesitate to come back.

A bit of paradise

The teenagers were blown away by this trip. They so enjoyed having Avy cook for us, going out for the day on the Kimba, riding horses on the beach, exploring Puerto Vallarta, Bucerias and La Cruz, and especially playing in the pool. Ivonne was fantastic arranging taxis and food and answering all our questions, making it all stress-free.

Great family vacation!

We had such a fun time at this wonderful house. The location and view were fantastic, and the chef, Aby, was amazing. He accommodated our diverse group and always had the meals prepared expertly and on the minute we requested. Highly recommend the chef services! We also had a great outing on the boat!

Great House for Families

We were a group of 12 (6 adults and 6 kids). The house had everything we needed. We hired a chef and bartender and it was definitely worth it. The beach is a bit rocky in front of the house, but great for paddle boarding and kayaking. Would definitely stay again!

Fabulous Villa!

We had a family of 12 adults staying at the Villa! The pool was fabulous, the location at the Punta Esmeralda was close to the restaurant which had excellent food and a friendly staff. This villa had plenty of things for all ages to do! The host was absolutely amazing to work with as was the chef and house cleaner. We can’t wait to go back! We went into the town of Sayulita which also was a great day trip!

There were a few quirks.

Sewer smell was unbearable on the first and last day. we took cold cold water showers in our room on all but 2 days. Hot tub ran for only 3 minutes a day. A patio door broken in upstairs bedroom. But we loved the kitchen. Very efficient.

Great 3 days in PV.

House team is fabulous, They have the house tip top clean and service is top notch. Particular shoutout to the chef. House is fairly priced, reflecting some pros: Beachfront, private pool updated, gated community. But also some shortcomings in the decor (subjective), small maintenance needs and some evident remodeling that seems not to work with the house theme / surroundings. Overall great value for the money.

Absolutely Awesome

What a great location. It was hard to find at first, but it's right on the corner of where you need to turn and the main road. Very spacious, lots of fun things to do at the house. They supply NO condiments at all. You must buy your salt, pepper, oil etc. They do not have kleenex either. There are 2 fridges which is nice. The hot water was tricky. The handle must go to the left and you have to run the water for about 5 min before you get hot water. Very wasteful but what do you do. There is maid service if you want. We had them do it one day only because we watched them clean the floor and using the same rag, cleaned the kitchen counters. There is a fantastic restaurant in the complex. Highly recommend it and its about a minute (if that) walk. All the pools in the complex were beautiful. There are turtles that feed right in front of the back of the house. Fun to watch. It's kind of far away from Puerto Vallarta so if you're looking for nightlife, you won't find it here. There's a little downtown about 5 minutes away and there are a lot of fun restaurants there. If you are using the master bedroom. Do not leave the bathroom door open. It gets windy in the afternoons and takes the door. I apparently broke it and I think that's what might have happened. I would definitely go back and visit this property, it was perfect for our family getaway. We had 11 people and an infant under 1. We played ping pong, darts and pool. There was something for everybody. There's a place 3 min away called CDC to get your covid test before you head to the airport. They will even come to the house and send you the results by email. It was very convenient. Thank you Ali, we enjoyed ourselves.
