Explore nearby attractions or spend the day at the B Nayar Beach Club (access included*), which offers pools,, and a delicious restaurant.



The Space:

Our 3.5-bedroom villa is perfect for large families or groups, with all bedrooms and living spaces featuring air conditioning and high-speed wifi. The private rooftop area with a minipool (not heated) provides beautiful ocean and mountain views, while the ground floor includes a private heated pool and grill area for outdoor relaxation. Weekly cleanings are included for stays over 10 nights. With top-notch amenities and 24/7 gated security, this family-friendly retreat is the perfect place to relax and unwind.



As a guest of this villa, you'll have access* to the B Nayar Beach Club and all of its facilities. Lounge by the two 100m pools, play tennis/basketball, or indulge in fresh, light cuisine at the open-air restaurant. Sip on a margarita or a freshly-squeezed lemonade with mineral water, and take in the spectacular views of the Sierra Madre mountains and Banderas Bay. With access to the on-site spa, you can also treat yourself to a relaxing massage or beauty treatment.

Guest Access:

*FREE access to only 6 guests per day. From the 7th to 12th guest, they charge $150 pesos per person per day.



The beach club includes lounge chairs, umbrellas, 2 pools, tennis court, padel and kayaks (depending on the weather). The restaurant is great and includes items such as chilaquiles ($130), quesadillas ($130), hamburgers ($165), fish tacos ($165), fajitas ($270), ceviche ($240), margaritas ($95), and Corona beer ($45). (Prices may change without notice)

It is not allowed to enter the beach club with coolers, food, drinks, or speakers. The amenities and prices offered by the Beach Club may change at any time, as it is managed by a private company. The beach club is currently undergoing renovations, so you may find some areas still under construction.

Gorgeous, private, well maintained home in private beach community

I was worried about booking this because there were no reviews (on this site) but the house was just as the pictures showed and the beach community was even better than I hoped.The wifi was exceptional with all four of us able to be on different Zoom calls at the same time!!The house has a fully private backyard with a small heated pool and the rooftop deck has ocean views. The host was amazing and helped us arrange for Mara to cook for us on two nights - delicious!! We also had massages in the house. It's just 7 minutes by uber to Bucerias where there were SO many restaurants and activities to choose from. The community was so secure - as four women, this was important. Our neighbours even left their family's bikes in the front yard the whole time we were there. I highly recommend this stay.
