The setting blends oceanfront scenery with garden views, offering a calm retreat along the Riviera Nayarit’s shoreline. With direct beach access and resort access, you can enjoy time by the water or take advantage of the surrounding facilities at your own pace.
Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms and five beds provide flexible comfort for families or groups. Bed linens and cotton linens are provided, and clothing storage includes a closet to help you settle in with ease. The single level home layout - with no stairs in the home - adds convenience for all guests.
Kitchen and dining
The kitchen offers a dedicated space where guests can cook their own meals, complete with a refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, blender, dishes and silverware, and a dining table for shared breakfasts or relaxed evening meals. Whether preparing fresh local ingredients or simple snacks before heading out, everything is arranged for practical, everyday use.
Outdoor living and amenities
Life here naturally extends outdoors. Enjoy the outdoor pool, relax on your private patio or balcony with outdoor furniture, or gather in the outdoor dining area as the tropical air cools in the evening. The waterfront location places you right next to a body of water, and beach access means the shoreline is always within reach. Free parking garage on premises, elevator access, and central air conditioning add to your comfort throughout your stay.
Work and extended stays
Wifi and a dedicated workspace in a room with a door make it easy to balance relaxation with productivity. Long term stays are allowed, and self check-in via lockbox provides added flexibility on arrival. An in-unit free washer supports both short and extended visits.

Located in the Riviera Nayarit - known for its coastal landscapes and warm, humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C - this area offers a relaxed pace and scenic shoreline stretching for kilometers. It’s a setting suited for beach days, poolside afternoons, and unhurried evenings by the water.
Guest Access:
Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.
It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.
Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your letter of access.
Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time, please contact your host).
Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.
Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.
The Neighborhood:
It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Nayarit Riviera. It comprises some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, it is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time.
Getting Around:
We recommend renting a car or you can use the Uber platform to get around the area and visit restaurants, stores and other attractions in the area. For a more personalized attention we can recommend transportation services as well as places to visit.

In order to make your stay a 5 star stay, you need to take into account the following information:
Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.
Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.
-IMPORTANT: We remind you that it is vitally important not to throw any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper.
As an alternative, we have provided you with garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.
-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay.
-The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates 1 to 5* guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 20* dlls extra per person per night.

-Electricity consumption
Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that your stay will include when your reservation is confirmed.
Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.
The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
