«Whidbey is a wonderful island. Enjoyed our visit with relatives in nearby Greenbank and appreciated the fenced yard for our dog. Easy drive as highway is close but quiet and peaceful in the house except when jets are flying! Husband enjoyed seeing the F 18’s land and take off. House had everything necessary for a comfortable stay.»

«We loved the inside of the house. Perfect for our getaway. As a Navy vet myself we absolutely loved the Navy fighter jets flying over. Watched them all evening. The Naval Air station is also a beautiful base. Close to ferry to go to Port Townsend. Cute downtown Coupville with the history of Practical Magic being filmed there. We also loved Port Townsend! Don’t forget to check that town out. So much to see and do around here that you could easily stay for a week or two or more!!!! Coming back to ...

«This is an older home, but has absolutely beautiful views of the water. We loved the stairs that gave us easy access down to the water. The only thing we were disappointed in was the lack of basic ingredients in the kitchen (salt, pepper, oil, coffee, tea). Overall, it was a nice getaway!»

Just minutes from the Skagit Tulip Festival and the quaint town of LaConner where you will find some great restaurants, breweries, and unique retail shops. The house is clean, well-appointed with essentials and 3 bathrooms is always a plus! Certainly would recommend to anyone looking to visit the area.»

The house fit our needs for a large group and was sufficiently supplied. However…most of the beds were very uncomfortable. Especially the king room on the main floor. «Property was in exceptional condition. The grill was even able to reach good cooking temperatures. A rarity at VRBO rentals. Mattresses were excellent another common problem at rental properties. It was a quiet comfortable stay close to beaches and Coupeville.»
