"We booked the hotel through hotels.com. Later vi had a couple of questions so we contacted the hotel directly. They were unable to find our reservation and asked us to contact hotels.com for referanse number. We have never experienced this before. This caused unnecessary stress & worry. Anyways upon arrival it all went smoothly. If you have a car it can be parked free of charge in the 2 parking areas around the hotel. You dont have to pay for the parking. Its the same parking area as the hotels paid parking. All in all we were happy with our choice of hotel. A good 20 min walk from the hotel to Puerto Banus."

"The lady we first met in the reception was a bit rude without any reason. Then we got a room which didnt look like the one in the pictures when we booked it. There were stains on the chair & sofa. The overall condition of the room was not good. So we went back & met another young woman. She understood the problem & gave us a new room in the same building as the reception. It was clean and looked like the one in the pictures - so thanx to her. The hotel is a resort for families with kids. The breakfast is just ok. The overall vibe wasnt our type."

"Nice hotel, we stayed nine days. Breakfast from 8-13:30. Checking in is an akward thing and room keys on the phone doesn’t work. Alltogether a great stay"

"Hyggelig og hjelpsomme personale i restaurant resepsjon og romrengjøring. Sentralt om du skape flyplassen, flott takboksen, deilig mat og god pris. Får mye for pengene."

"Vi har hatt et fint opphold. Fint bassengområdet. Savnet gjerne litt mer liv rundt bassenget, men igjen var vi utenfor sesong. Ellers var bungalow fine, velstelte. Litt dumt at vi kom inn rett på stuen, Savnet skoplass/mer garderobe. Ellers veldig bra. Alt i alt veldig fornøyd. Nærliggende mange kjekke aktiviteter."
