"Kjøkkenet kunne en ønske var bedre utstyrt, med bl.a. vinglass Leiligheten var fin, men vi kunne ønsket flere stikk-kontakter. Savnet knagger e.l. til å henge fra oss tøy på. "

"Very nice hotel. Good quality. Good service - but, not as great service as in other Ritz-Carlton hotels. Club lounge/Retreat area not really worth it. The pool and the breakfast is great. But, coctail hour is only one coctail pr day (only one type) and not food with it. Basic selection of drinks during the day. Lunch hour some food - but not very good quality. Cake time only cakes, not of any particular quality. I have had much better offerings at other RC-hotels. But the breakfast and breakfast area was really super! Rooms are nice and well maintained. A little hilly hotel area if you are not fit to walk."

"Jeg bodde i A123. Det var rett over et rom med maskiner som durte hele natten. Nå var jeg alene, så jeg brukte sovesofaen i stuen. Bortsett fra det så var stedet helt topp med ekstremt hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale."

"Det var mye mer lyd/støy rundt hotellet enn vi var forberedt for. Jeg måtte bruke ørepropper for å kunne sove. Det var live musikk til midnatt hver natt, og mye lyd fra gata (vi var i 4.etg på sjøsiden). Også ganske lytt mellom leilighetene. Frokosten var bra og det var kort vei til stranden. Hyggelige ansatte/renholdere. "

"The Good: The Bad: cold pools, broken beds, stonecutting and maintance outside appartment for a whole week, bugs in the rooms, some very bad diner experience, complains where ignored, higher price when paying than advertised on Hotels. Since the hotel also have all inclusive alcohol bars we also had issues with people drinking soo much that they startet group fights by the pools early in the day times.Children had to be remove from drunk adults and police and guards had to come and fix the problems."
