Vacay Villa Rosy,

A magnificent ground-floor house, very bright and with plenty of outdoor space.



It is an ideal house for a holiday of tranquility and comfort. A few meters from Riells beach, with fine sand, ideal for the little ones, due to its shallow depth. And where you will find a variety of restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, and fun for adults and children.

The maximum capacity is 6 people

The house is on one level, distributed with a living-dining room in the same environment, in the living room there is a sofa-bed ideal for children and a flat-screen TV with national channels. The kitchen is open and well equipped (fridge-freezer, vitro, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster, kitchen utensils,...) that gives direct access to the rear terrace and the barbecue, where there is an outdoor table and chairs.

In total there are 3 bedrooms: 1 suite bedroom with a 150cm bed and bathroom inside (shower, toilet, sink), a second bedroom with 2 90cm beds, and a third bedroom with a 150cm double bed. In the corridor between these last two rooms there is a second bathroom (bathtub, toilet, sink).

On the outside of the house, very well maintained, there is a garden around the house, with a private pool on one side (3.50m x 7.50m, depth of 1.50cm, with stairs, not protected for minors.). It has two terraces, one facing north and the other at the entrance of the house facing south.
