The quiet and peaceful residential area of Residencia Pinamar. With a distance of just 900 meters from the Riells-L'Escala beach and the impressive Els Termes Natural Park, this villa offers the perfect combination between the serenity of nature and comfort of the beach.
The Pinamar Residence is a special place that has large garden spaces, a refreshing community pool of generous dimensions (16x6 meters), as well as a cozy porch and a community barbecue area.All this makes Villa Anna an ideal destination for those looking to relax and unwind during their holidays in l’Escala - Costa Brava.With an accommodation capacity for 6/7 people, Villa Anna is perfect for both families with children and groups of friends who want to enjoy a quiet holiday on the Costa Brava. With a total area of 120 square meters spread over two floors, the villa offers a comfortable and welcoming space for all guests.The distribution of Villa Anna is organized over two floors, thus offering a greater level of privacy and comfort for all occupants.

Total Capacity: Up to 6/7 people, ideal for families with children.
Bedrooms: 3 bedrooms (2 beds of 150cm + 1x90cm + 2x80cm)
Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms
Floor 1 (Entrance) :
Living room : (Spanish TV) with direct access to the private garden (open) and with access to the community space (swimming pool, barbecue, ..).
American kitchen : (well equipped: dishwasher/oven/vitro/refrigerator/filter coffee maker/utensils)
1 bathroom: with shower (toilet + sink)
1 bedroom: with 2x 80cm.
Entrance terrace : measuring 30m² and enjoying morning sun.
Rear terrace :with porch and garden, afternoon sun, and are oriented to the community garden, direct access to the community pool. The measurements are 15m² and 35m² respectively.
Floor 2:
1 Bedroom: double 1x150cm with access to a terrace overlooking the pool
1 bedroom: triple with bunk bed (1x140 below and 1x90cm above)


Additional information:

Swimming pool: Communal swimming pool, available from June to October (except during occasional maintenance or improvement periods as required by the facility). Usage hours are approximately from 9:30 am to 9:30 pm.Please respect the schedule and the rules posted at the premises.
Parking:Not available, posible to park on the street.
Pets:Not allowed.
Wifi: not available .
Air conditioning: Available, we request proper use.
Electric Car:Charging electric cars is NOT allowedin the accommodations. However, in l'Escala there are specific charging points available for your convenience.
Party and events:Please note that parties and events are not allowed in the accommodation.
Noise-free hours: 10 pm - 8 am Respect the quiet hours for the well-being of the neighbours.
