Mila: House with private pool

House in L’Escala with a private pool, terrace and built-in barbecue, located near Montgrí Natural Park.

The house is arranged over a single floor and has a kitchen and a living-dining room with access to the terrace. Air conditioning is provided in the dining area, and the TV offers French channels.

There are three bedrooms: one with a 160 cm-wide double bed, another with a 140 cm-wide double bed, and a third with a bunk bed. There is one bathroom with a shower.

The accommodation includes a Dolce Gusto-type coffee machine, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and clothes airer. There is a garage for one car, plus one outdoor parking space within the property.

Pets are not allowed.



Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Mandatory services: City tax (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.
