Maricel is a spacious seafront apartment in one of L'Escala's most desirable locations, offering stunning Mediterranean views, generous living space and all the comforts needed for a relaxing holiday on the Costa Brava. Guests also have access to the communal swimming pool, landscaped gardens, concierge and bicycle storage facilities within the building.

With 154m² of living space, the apartment comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom offers two single beds, making Maricel ideal for families or couples travelling together.

The bright and airy living and dining area opens onto a large sea-facing balcony where guests can dine outdoors or simply relax while enjoying the sea views. A second south-facing balcony provides additional outdoor space for sunbathing while overlooking the pool and garden area and brings natural light throughout the apartment.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, juicer and all the crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils needed for both short and extended stays. The apartment also benefits from a modern bathroom, separate WC and washing facilities.

Designed for year-round comfort, Maricel features two air-conditioning units with heating, WiFi, lift access, television, washing machine, iron and hairdryer. Additional comforts include outdoor furniture, sun loungers, extra pillows and blankets, board games, a first aid kit, smoke alarm and full-length mirrors in every bedroom.

Bed linen is included in the final cleaning price.

Mandatory services: Tourist tax (guests over 16 years old). Towels (includes one bath towel for each guest, one hand towel and one bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (cost depends on the accommodation).
