Adriana: House with garden and private pool

  • A classic-style family home with a private pool, sleeping up to 8 guests.

    The spacious outdoor area features a terrace with stone tables and chairs, a barbecue and a chill-out area for relaxing outdoors. Behind the house is an area for playing pétanque, and beside the pool there is a bathroom with a shower.

    The house is arranged over three floors. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a bar counter and access to the terrace, a bathroom with a bathtub, and two bedrooms, each with two 90 cm single beds.

    On the first floor, there is a living room with views of the Empordà, a bright dining room opening onto the terrace, the kitchen, a bedroom with a 150 cm double bed, and a full bathroom with a bathtub and shower, with access from the garden.

    On the second floor, there is a suite with a 150 cm double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and direct access to a private terrace with views.

    The property has one outdoor parking space. Free street parking is also available.

    The house is just a few metres from Montgrí Natural Park, where you can walk, cycle and enjoy nature. Riells beach is 1.4 km away, and Montgó beach is 1.8 km away.

    The pool is available from April until the end of October.

    Dogs are welcome for an additional charge of €10 per pet per night. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed.



    Entry: from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday to Saturday. To enter on Sunday or holidays, or for late check-in: contact the agency. Key pickup location: the agency. A deposit will be paid as a guarantee with a card upon arrival (€300) and will be refunded within the next 7 days after departure.

    Bed linens are included in the final cleaning price.

    Mandatory services: Tourist tax (for those over 16 years old). Towels (€11.90 per booking, which includes one bath towel for each guest, one hand towel, and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (cost depends on the accommodation).

    Optional paid services: pool towel, crib, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Specious, well equiped house with gorgeous views

The house is very big, plenty of rooms all with airconditioning. The kitchen is on the first floor which makes it easy to have breakfast, lunch and dinner on the balcony with the most spectaculair view. The roof terrace is wonderful. The kids loved the big pool, even deep enough to dive. The house itself is a beautiful design. The service was also excellent. We had problems with the pool and k3homes responded very quickly and send someone over. Service is perfect. The house needs attention. The cleaning system of the pool had problems and we noticed several broken things, like the tiles in the bathroom, a whole in the sink, broken plant pots, umbrella holders. Although the house was properly cleaned the maintanance issues would probably bother very clean and tidy people. If someone spends 50k you could ask a lot more rent.

nous avons passé un agréable séjour malgré de nombreux problemes techniques et de sécurité, heureusement traités rapidement par k3homes très réactif. Villa adriana belle construction mais male entretenue sur le plan électrique notamment le rideau électrique seul acces à la proprièté en panne pendant 6 jours nous sommes restés coincés à l'intérieur ( rideau pas entretenu nécessite un remplacement complet d'apres les techniciens qui sont intervenus)prises élec defectueuse s,porte de placard d'1,80m tombée,odeur nauséabonde provenant du local pompe de relevage( pompe qui est tombée en panne)fuite d'eau sur cuve infiltration dans les toilettes du bas,ballon eau chaude tombé en panne,coupes circuits, tableau électrique partiellement repérés,plafonnier chambre ,plafonnier chambre rch en panne,fuite baignoire rch ,potence douche chambre deuxieme étage decrochée,pas de kit lavage des sols en cas de besoin !,syphon lavabo chambre etage 1 bouché,lampe de chevet étage 1 connecteur cassé,prise douche sdb dernier étage fait disjonctée lors de l'utilisation dun seche cheveux ( coupe circuit 10a trop faible !)éclairage buanderie en panne ( ampoules !)pas d'éclairage dans le salon ?,parasol en mauvais état et pieds de parasol cassés nous avons nettoyé toutes le parties exterieures au pourtour de la piscine .............enfin grace à la réactivité de K3hommes une partie de ces problèmes a pu étre traité
