«The first thing I noticed when I got to our floor was the strong smell of mildew. The whole hotel past the lobby stinks of it. The room that we got was spacious, but very dated, the carpet was visibly dirty and so was the couch. The pool was busy as it was a holiday, but it was not well kept and the workout room is not as pictured and very outdated. One of the elevators had some kind of sticky substance spilled on the floor from the moment we got there into the moment we left, no one cared ...

«The room was ok, well maintained but the area of the breakfast with no ac the entire week and it’s over a 100 degrees in Texas!
Also they have a policy of cleaning the room every 4 days which is unbelievable especially in a Hyatt.
I stayed five days and requested several times to clean the room but nothing happened.
Nice people not efficient.»
