«The person at the check in was very nice. That being said the place is dirty. It’s clearly understaffed or they’re not trained on cleaning. The carpets in the halls were stained and grimy. Elevators hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, dirty buttons, filthy floors. The first room had so many roaches in the bathroom. So. Many. Roaches. They were very nice about it moved us immediately to the 4th floor. The room was clean no visible roaches but the entire floor reeked of weed. We would have left ...

«The hotel is very dated. The carpet didnt look clean throughout the entire property and it had a stale smell. Beds werent that comfortable. This brand use to be amazing and it seems like they just stopped maintaining and upgrading. We needed a two bedroom for one night. The price was reasonable but the quality has really gone down for Marriott Residence Inn.»

«This location was AMAZING from the fresh clean smell as soon as the front door opens, to the cleanliness throughout including the grounds. Breakfast was a step above others, and the hotel staff was pleasant and helpful. Our room was super clean and even though we opted out of housekeeping, the staff went above and beyond to provide fresh towels. No complaints here, 10 out of 10 for us. We stayed 3 nights to visit family, and we will definitely be using this location again. Check in and out ...
