A detached villa built on a 700 m2 plot. It has a garden with lawn and 8x4 swimming pool. It is located 300 m. from the sea, 500 m. from Calafat marina, and 600 m. from the beach called "L´Almadrava", which is more than 1 km. long and sandy. The house (not including terraces) is 100 m2 and has one double bedroom + a single bed, one bedroom with bunks which leads to another room with double bed, a bathroom with bath, a toilet, an open plan kitchen and a living room which opens on to a 20 m2 covered terrace with [hidden] house also has an outside shower. It has kitchen utensils, a dinner service, glasses, etc. There are gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwaves, coffee-maker and TV. This property welcomes families and groups of responsible adults but does not allow youth events or parties.
