«The hotel itself is generally fine, however excluding 1 staff member (Latina girl with an accent, apologies I meant to get her name, she’s great) the rest of the ladies at the desk are both unhelpful & rude. They spend their entire shifts staring at an iPad with AirPods in & act as if you’ve done them a disservice anytime you approach & they actually have to do their “job”. «This is a fabulous little hotel for families, we’ve been coming here for years and always return. Our children love the pool and splash pad, mini golf, and little playground. Colonial Williamsburg is accessible from the parking lot, it’s so fun to walk around without needing our car for the day. Convenient to Busch Gardens as well. This hotel is nostalgic and simple, we have wonderful family memories here and will choose Woodlands every time we are in Williamsburg. »
