«The grounds are beautiful but we had a couple of concerns. The king mattress in our room was horrible, lumpy and impossible ito sleep on comfortably. We requested a new mattress which was done quickly but the replacement was not a whole lot better. No restaurant just a little bistro that is clearly not large enough to accommodate guests who want to eat or get a drink not enough help. Wait time was not acceptable. »

«Great layouts on two bedroom units, loved having a washer/dryer and the indoor pool was awesome (we stayed in early April so outdoor pool wasn't open yet.)»

«This hotel was great! The staff were very friendly and were a huge help when I asked them for assistance. The room was clean, and the cleaning staff came by to do a refresh everyday to keep things looking tidy. The included breakfast was a little sparce, but it was still filling nonetheless. I didn't get to use the pool or the gym, but I saw other residents enjoying themselves, and the areas looked clean and in working order when I passed them by. »

«This was a last minute trip with my family on Mother's Day weekend! The property was wonderful. The room was amazing for the cost. Spacious. The staff was friendly. The room and grounds had everything we needed. Only thing is that it's a little farther Way from Busch Gardens than we thought, but that has nothing to do with the grounds. We will stay longer next.time »

«This is a real gem. It is small but very accomodating. Love seeing the families enjoy themselves and seeing everyone walking their dogs. Very friebdly. Wish it hadn’t rain but our daughter still had a great time at the game room and the free ice cream. Wish the ac worked better in the game room amd bathrooms but they were not terrible so I still give them a good review. We stayed in the apprentice cabin and it was very nice and comfortable-exept the queen bed could have used a spring base ...

«It is clear this property has a lot of potential. It needs a lot of upgrades. The pool looked inviting but it's too early in the season weather wise for us to have taken advantage of it. But we also didn't have time to check out the indoor pool either. The beds were incredibly hard and the room floor had tons of stuck stuff on it - but the carpets clearly need to be changed throughout the hotel and that was in progress on the first floor so I'm assuming that will eventually be the case even ...
