«Fife and Drum is a wonderful place to stay in Williamsburg. The location is amazing because you can walk to the museums and restaurants. Check in and parking are very easy. The place itself is charming and they always have drinks and snacks available in their quaint dining area, as well as delicious breakfast options. «It was very nice to have easy, free parking in this very busy area. Only 2 blocks to the beach & boardwalk. Very good location to get around Virginia Beach mertro area. Continental breakfast is good with fresh fruit and bagels but not expansive. Plenty of self serve tea & coffee options. Really liked our 2nd floor room with a large private bathroom. The outside porches with the rockers are outstanding.»

«A new building designed in the style of colonial era homes. Larry and Patricia were terrific hosts. Breakfast was made to order and amazing, including biscuits made according to Larry’s grandmother’s recipe. Comfy bed, plush towels. The dimmer switches for the lights are a great touch. Plenty of parking, nice large backyard with tons of birds. Remote location so it’s nice and quiet. Absolutely would stay here again! »
