«Wir hatten das Haus für einen Mädelstripp gebucht. Wir waren 9 Personen. Die Übergabe hat ohne das wir die selbe Sprache sprechen konnten ohne Probleme statt gefunden. Die Zimmer waren alle super ausgestattet. Es gab vor allem genügend Toiletten und Badezimmer. Dias einzige was ich bemängeln könnte wäre die Küchenausstattung. «We arrived and we were meant by the landlady. Everything was clean and the sheets were fresh and ironed and the towels were crisp and bright. We used Uber the entire time we were there. Ok+ but some flaws
"Aircondition in the room not working as it should. Almost no air flow, and it stopped working more or less 5 of 7 nights. Had to restart the AC in the middle of the night for it to lower the temperatur below 26-27C. Informed the reception, did not hear back from them. Would have opened the door to the terrace if it wasn’t for the road noise. House keeping only refilled instant coffee and cups once during our stay. Informed reception, nothing happened. In general the receptionists did not seem very interessted in helping with anything. More focued on their PC and the incoming calls. The staff (Andreas and co) at the «Il centro» pool was amazing. The area with its traiis and fauna is great for a stroll. All in all a really nice Hotel, but with some issues."
