We apologize for the inconvenience caused by our failure to check the settings during cleaning.We have shared your comments with the cleaning supervisor and instructed the cleaning staff to thoroughly check the settings, including the operation of the room.We are also sorry that the shampoo does not match your hair well.Our Standard rooms and Superior rooms are provided with "PROVINSCIA" bath amenities which are made with organic botanical extracts from France, and our Deluxe and Suite rooms are provided with Nu Therapy.
