It was good for just our one night stay. Bed was comfortable. Hotel close to bus/train station, beautiful temple just around the corner, however, non smoking room smelled like cigarettes. Room is tight with no space for suitcases. Had to put suitcase on bed to be able to open. Bathroom is clean, has good water pressure, it is a step up bathroom and a tub shower.

This property was perfect. Our room was spacious and the hotel itself was close to everything. The transit system is so easy to navigate so we were able to hit all the main spots during our stay. The staff was respectful and provided great/quick service.

This hotel is good if all you care about is location but avoid at all costs if you care about having a nice stay. This hotel is very conveniently located right next to Yasaka shrine and the heart of Gion. But it was unacceptably dirty, loud, and worst of all, the entire place smelled of cigarette smoke (except for the lobby of course). Tried to touch it out and stayed one night, but slept horribly because it smelled and was loud and gross, so cancelled the rest of my stay and moved to another hotel that was much nicer (albeit a 10 minute walk off the beaten path). The staff was very accommodating and let me easily cancel the rest of my stay and were very apologetic. But definitely would never stay here under any circumstances.

The place looks nothing like the photo . It’s very small old and dirty . The bathroom door is actually a clear plastic, the same faucet for the shower and tiny sink . No space to put anything. We moved the beds to put together and there was food under the bed . Hairs in the bathroom. We where sure we got a nice a hotel bit it was worse than worse .

バス停が近かったり、ホテルの下にスタバがあったりするなど大変便利でした。しかし、浴室から下水の臭いがしたり、駐車場が真横に面した部屋であったため、話し声が深夜まで響き渡り、睡眠の妨げになったりしたのが残念でした。
