«Our stay at Swahili House was bittersweet. I agree with other reviews that mention the misleading pictures since there are several different houses for rent. There are three pools but you only get access to one ("your") pool. So forget about the others. The water in the pool was very warm. The pool's cleaning system was off now and then so we had to ask to turn it on. We stayed at Lofty Cottage for 5 nights. The house' Swahili style was very special. The furniture was unique and beautiful ...

«Stay away from this property - it seems to be a scam! Despite a confirmed booking by Expedia, upon arrival at Lux Suites the Palm around 8h30pm in the evening, I was told that there was no room available. There was no manager on-site, but the security guard called someone who told him to send us away. The person on the phone said they had been fully booked since the day before and that I had to take up any issue with Expedia. We were unceremoniously sent away late in the evening in an area of ...

«As expected given the price this is far from an upmarket area. The rooms were small but clean. Initially I was given a not very nice room with an ensuite that was more like an alcove with no shower but was fortunately moved to a better one. We had to navigate building works to get into the property and then walk on a raised wooden walkway. The place was clean and the staff pleasant and helpful»

Anmeldelser av populære hoteller i Kwale fylke

LalaGalu

8/10 Bra

"Some of the facilities needs upgrade. Our entrance didnt quite fit, so really hard to close, and the shower holder was partially loose. Other from that, nice pool area. Amazing beach access, plenty of hot water/water pressure, and power all day. Would recommend anyone who wants direct beach access at diani beach."

Southern Palms Beach Resort

10/10 Utmerket

"The hotel was really beautiful, with great facilities, lovely staff, and an absolutely stunning beach — actually the most beautiful beach I have ever been to. We really liked the rooms. They were well maintained, but due to the humidity in the climate, there was some wear and tear, which is to be expected in this kind of environment. We stayed there at the beginning of the rainy season, which made the experience feel even more special. It almost felt as if the entire hotel and all the staff were there just for us. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and service-minded. The only thing I would rate slightly lower was the food in the all-inclusive package. The Indian dishes were absolutely delicious, but surprisingly, the local food was not as flavorful. That said, everything was clean, tidy, and very hygienic. The fruit station was especially lovely. All in all, we had a very pleasant and relaxing stay, and the hotel gave us a truly wonderful holiday experience."

Jumeirah Beach Front Apartments

8/10 Bra

"Meget bra hotell og stort hotellområde med rom i forskjellige bygg. Bodde i leilighet helt nede på stranden med fantastisk utsikt. Hyggelig og hjelpsomt personell. God mat. Bassenget er lite og ligger inne ved et sitteområde. Det er ikke alkoholservering på hotellet men er tillatt å medbringe eget, også til restauranten. Kommer gjerne tilbake."
