«We had a good stay here after traveling for 24 hours. Nice rooms, very good breakfast with many options and the pool facilities were nice and well kept. The beach was under construction but this didn’t bother us when we stayed there. Many restaurants at the hotel and many outside. »

«Sengene var behagelig, men sterk mugglukt på rommet. God frokost. Fantastisk uteområde.»

«Great hotel. The cleaning in the rooms could improve. They forgot to add toilet rolls and towels. Happened just once but still. Perfect location. Connected with the shopping mall. Just 1 min walk to the Kuta beach. Plenty of restaurant options available close by. A few areas could need improvement. But guess humidity from salt water makes it hard to maintain. Will also recommend to make a new entrance for guests on the backside of the hotel (which is currently now used only for delivery ...

«Great staff»

«Rent rom, hyggelig personale. Kommer trolig tilbake 🙂»

«Very disappointing stay. The hotel was old, worn down, and dirty. The room did not feel clean, and the overall maintenance was poor. At breakfast, I found lipstick stains on a coffee cup, which was unacceptable and raised concerns about hygiene. The towels were also dirty and looked as if they had not been properly washed.»

«Familiehotell med to barnebasseng. Mange barn, var badevakter der men syns bar midt i barnebassenget er en rar plassering. Denne burde vært i voksenbassenget. Luktet mugg på rommet, dårlig trykk i dusjen. »

«Mange shoppingmuligheter og restauranter i området, men også mye mas fra gateselgere og søppel i gatene. Livlig område der mye skjer hele tiden.»

«Very nice poolarea and all staff was very friendly and service minded. Some of the towels (pool and room) should be changed out.»

«Upon arrival, we were disappointed to find the hotel in noticeably poor condition. It may have been a four-star property when it first opened, but it no longer meets that standard. The rooms were damp, and the air conditioning units were noisy. The sound insulation was very poor — we were woken up multiple times each night due to noise from other rooms and the corridor. The bathrooms were not clean, with black mold visible around the drains. We requested a room change, but the second room was ...

«There were bedbugs in our room. All of us got bitten. I inform the staff when I checked out and the only thing they said was 'thank u for let us know' »
