Veldig bra opphold
Vi overnattet på dette hotellet i 13 netter. Rommet vi fikk var utrolig bra og det samme var fasilitetene rundt. Bassenget og baren på taket av hotellet hadde en helt fantastisk utsikt mot havet. Det eneste jeg kan trekke ned på er baren under hotellet. Vi hadde rom i første etasje, rett over scenen i baren under. Her ble det spilt live musikk hver kveld. Som regel ble det avsluttet rundt kl. 23.00 så for oss gikk det veldig fint, men for dem med små barn kan dette bli et problem. Hotellet er mer for par og venner enn for familie, det samme gjelder området kuta. Om man ønsker mer familievennlig sted bør man bo i en mer rolig del av Bali. Dette er er hotell jeg virkelig kan anbefale andre reisende.

Veldig bra hotell,et hotell for alle igrunn. God mat og god drikke. Ingen støy ifrs gater og flott utsikt over havet ifra basseng terrassen.

Vi bodde her i 7 dager. Hotellet ligger fint til på Kuta stranden. Hotellet hadde veldig hyggelig og behjelpelig personale, men vi var skuffet over renhold på rommene våre. Vi byttet rom en gang i løpet av uken, men begge rommene luktet kloakk/rotne egg. Renhold i dusj og slukområder (vi hadde junior suite med badekar i og vasken i selve rommet - eget toalett og dusj) var dårlig. God frokost, fint basseng/bar på taket var et pluss.

Fantastisk Service!
For en fantastisk service! Vi glemte en jakke første gangen vi var på hotellet. Under vårt andre opphold på hotellet spurte vi etter den. Den ble ikke funnet, men på vei til flyplassen for hjemreise så ringte hotellet og meddelte at de hadde funnet den. Rett før vi ankom, kom to av hotellets ansatte kjørende på motorsykkel med jakken og hev den inn i bilen. Flott service!

New hotel in the middle of it all.
Excellent reception service. Upgraded to a superior room for low cost. In front of Kuta beach and a good choice for first timers in Bali since it is close to all the attractions. Probably not the best choice for longer stays since hotel facilities are limited, but a good "base" if one chooses not to stay in the hotel and rather explore the area.

An absolutely fantastic property in Kuta. With some of the best service staff in the business. Property is well located near the beach. Safe. Secure. Lots of shopping close by. Next door to the Hard Rock Hotel. Awesome pool deck on upper floor overlooking beach, and amazing food throughout. A definitely recommended rating. Can’t wait till next trip here!!! Cheers.

Due to environmental policies they don’t actually clean the rooms with bleach or sterilise anything so my perception is the room was dirty. I only ate at the hotel and got Bali belly every time I ate, which became obvious that non sterile policy existed in the kitchen as well. It doesn’t matter how well I clean my hands if no one else does. A vacuum might work to pickup dust if you actually used it! I did see a vacuum in the hallway.. never saw it used in the room, and I did stay in to observe how the room was cleaned. The staff were made aware of room issues like toilet running constantly and still it was not rectified. If you can’t drink the water from the tap how can you hope to clean yourself without re contamination? All in all the view was spectacular.. can’t say the same for Bali belly

Lack of information from hotel and Expedia on a major holiday. I was dead bolted in the hotel with 500 guests for 24 hours. That would be a crime in my country. Was only told the stores would be closed never told I would be locked up as a criminal

Checkin was easy. There’s a nice coffee area if arriving early. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The room has a bar fridge. There’s a store at the base of the hotel. It is across from the beach and close to the mall plus there are many small shops and vendors close by. The breakfast buffet has many options to suit different tastes. The omelets to order were delicious.

Hotel was fine, had a nice swimming pool, the neighborhood was typical with lots of people trying to sell you something, and constantly asking where you’re from, how old are you, annoying, but that is not the hotel’s fault. There is a Starbucks next to the property.

Great hotel, great location, great staffs. Hotel condition is average, however in and out by taxi is horrible, we came back from a excursion and when get to the Kuta area is bumper to bumper , it took us 1/2 hr to move to 1 mile
