Tenger oppgradering og vedlikehold
Hotellet ligger fint til i Kuta. Hadde bestilt rom med utsikt til basseng men fikk rom i et slags smug med glimtvis utsikt til basseng. Uteområdet ved bassenget er under enhver kritikk. Flisene i bassenget er løst, terassebordene er løse og spiker stikker opp fra terassebordene. Dette burde ikke være mulig på et slikt hotell!

Very good hotel
Stayed here for only two nights but it was a great stay. Very good service and very nice, helpful personnel. Only thing I can complain about is that there were some stains on bedsheets and towels. But I wouldn't hesitate to book again. The hotel is very close to the shore/beach but not the beach were you swim and sunbath.

Fantastisk opphold
Veldig bra hotell! Anbefales. Knallrom, badebasseng, internett tilgjengelig (litt tregt), god frokost buffet. Koster kanskje litt mye med tanke på backpackere, men skal dere ha en natt eller to på et bra hotell, velg dette. Storfornøyd. Var der 3 netter, så en tur på Gili, før jeg dro tilbake til dette hotellet

Horrible. The room was ok BUT OMG the photos on the internet are not what is there . Pool area dirty , old , wood is rotten, no pool bar, lose tiles in the pool , pool not lit like is shows I. Photos. The website photos must be over 10 years old and that’s being kind. The room cleaners hit and miss , tolitrolls and soap was on a rashon . Most days no hand towel. very poor standards. Needs a lot of money spending on it . not impressed . Would not ever recommend this hotel. A poor hotel lucky to be a 2 star , no idea where 4 star came from . very disappointing .

Stayed in Room 311. Shower head didn’t work properly needs replacing. Changed rooms 2nd night as aircon not working. Was moved to ground floor, noisy room near pool. Bed comfortable and room spacious. Water coolers on every floor a great idea.

Great location
Friendly people, but had some issue with management communication to staff. I had booked airport pick up and was confirmed my management, but staff were not told and no one turned to pick me up from the airport. Hotel is big in a great location, but could do with some maintenance. Lighting in room is very dark and air conditioner need a clean, they were very mouldy and smelly. For the price and location it was a reasonable stay.

Petit déjeuner pas bon. Les plats sont souvent froid. Si jamais vous venez tard, la plupart des plats sont vides. Pas beaucoup d'options non indonesienne. Il y avait aussi pas mal de fourmies. Par contre l'hôtel est plutôt bien situé et les employés sont sympathiques.

Hotel itself was ok, not as nice as the pictures make out, needs a bit of TLC. Resort is noisy, streets and beach are dirty. Pestered every 2 steps they do not take NO for an answer, they are obviously struggling to recover after Covid. Led to believe Bali is hit and miss, some places are outstanding others are like this one

This property has really deteriorated over the years I have been staying. The condition of the property is disgusting and it should not be open for tourism until they fix it. Not acceptable. The staff need proper training and kitchen and dining options is non existent even though we get charged for a room with breakfast.

Very good location. The cleaning is not the best, needs a big improvement plus linen needs to be replace it..

Staff were good very frendly,the onlything to let down the hotel wasthecleaner who did not clean the room for 3days. We went for breakfast at 9 am and put the clean my roomsign on the door. We went out for the day,came back at 5 pm and the room had not been cleaned.we complained to thecleaner andjust got clean towels this happened for 3 days the towels are ver old and worn they must be very old no way this hotel is 4 star be lucky to get 2 star colin blakeley perth

We are glad to know that our friendly staff could live up to your expectations. On the other hand, we have noted your negative feedback about the housekeeping service. After a few investigations with the related department, we would like to explain with regards. According to our data, our team came to your room at 3 pm on 25 & 27 October 2017, and at 4 pm on 28 October 2019, to clean up your room. However, you refused your room to be cleaned and only asked for a clean towel. At the moment, we only followed your order. However, we would like to apologize as well, since we can't finished to clean up your room in the afternoon, because our hotel is fully occupied during your stay, and we prioritize to clean up the room for the new arrival. We'll always try our best to fulfill our standard and give the best service in any given situation and time. In the end, we hope your Bali next getaway will be much more fun and have a great experience! Best regards,
