Melasti - OK for a short stay only
Had two rooms side by side, one room was fresh and clean, but the other one was old and did not smell nice. Only sted one night, so didn´t bother to complain about it. Breakfast could be better.

Veldig greit og koselig hotell
Et koselig hotell med utrolig hyggelige ansatte. Fin beliggenhet, nærme strand og restauranter. Litt unna "hovedstrøket" med restauranter og stranden, men veldig greit nabolag. Og ikke langt å gå til noe. Utrolig gøy med terrasse. Rolig rundt bassengområdet både på dagtid og nattid. Kjedelig at "treningsrommet" var veldig slitt og nærmest ubrukelig. Ellers veldig fornøyde!

The Melasti Kuta is a disappointment, the staff are horrible, they don’t clean the rooms and have no American breakfast as advertised. When we checked out the staff went through our hand luggage as they believed we had taken them. They were very rude, we felt unsafe leaving our luggage with them. We will never return to the Melasti Kuta again. Poor service, substandard breakfast and large numbers of children in the pool doing swimming lessons. Overall the hotel was run down and we were disgusted with the invasion of privacy.

Property seems to be quite run down. Air con in our room not very cold. Advertised with a swim up bar but it wasn’t open. Wouldn’t recommend or stay again.

This property is a hidden Gem! Close to everything! The bathroom is abit out dated, great service. Love the lay out of the property and the pool was amazing. Great value for money.

Although this is an older hotel the grounds are beautifully maintained and it was lovely sitting at anytime looking out at beautiful gardens. The rooms are large and comfortable, housekeeping was excellent. The biggest thing that was negative about this hotel was the breakfast, there was very little left even by 8am and not a big selection. Not being able to just walk over and order toast and eggs was a pain, these were done upstairs. Although I would never book with breakfast again I would definitely stay at this hotel without hesitation.

It is an older property and the gardens are beautiful. We didn’t get to the pool as it was raining the day we stayed. It needs a good overhaul but I understand that may take some time. The location was great so we would definitely consider another stay if we were on a budget.

Worst conditions, unsanitary bathrooms and mold everywhere. Wouldn't recommend staying. I only stayed here one night and it was not pleasant. Please do not stay unless you are on an extreme budget.

La raison pour laquelle nous devons demander un dépôt de garantie remboursable pour la serviette de piscine est parce que certains des clients l'ont pris lors de leur départ. Nous comprenons que cela peut causer des inconvénients à nos clients, mais nous devons le faire pour éviter tout élément manquant de la propriété. En ce qui concerne les animations, nous avons notre musique de la vie quotidienne au restaurant (pendant le dîner), afin que nos clients puissent profiter de leurs repas avec de la musique (les clients peuvent chanter aussi s'ils le souhaitent). The staff were nice enough, but the room was in poor condition. The AC didn’t get cold (someone came to work on it but I barely felt a difference) the shower only had cold water, and the WiFi was sketchy.

This hotel is appalling dirty fridge with insects, dangerous bare cables in drawers no shower curtain in bathroom and taps loose toilet did not flush. Kettle but no cups!!! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone in fact we stayed elsewhere for the majority of our 14 nights stay

Having stayed there on 3 previous occasions,the last time,2 years ago,the property has fallen into a state of disrepair.appear no.or limited maintenance/upkeep of amenities is being undertaken,at check in,another customer was being moved from unsatisfactory room for the 3rd time?we booked and paid for 2x interconnected sets of rooms due to children accompanying us.on arrival,we were given 3 x seperate single rooms,one of which the bathroom could not be used due it’s state and smell.we eventually got one set of interconnected rooms,and one double room,with no compensation for the loss of the 4th room.the booked price with Expedia was $570 odd for interconnected rooms,however we were charged $660 for single room,not happy.the staff as always were great.we loved staying there once, but unfortunately there have lost a very loyal returnining customer.

We had some issues with our first room as nothing like advertised. Moved to a second room that stunk of sewerage & was unbearable to sleep in. Moved to a 3rd room which was much better & smelt OK. The hotel is tired but the pool was very clean & the staff were very helpful.

全体的に古いですが、値段が安い事を考えると妥当な環境でした。ホテル名からスパがあるような印象ですがありません。直接部屋に来てマッサージする事は出来るような感じですが。となりの建物にスパがあり、パンフレットもフロントに置いてありました。

Great hotel,fantastic location,very good value for money, hard to beat overall for the price, excellent house keeping, very friendly & helpful staff, well presented, beautiful warm swimming pool, will be staying at Melasti Kuta again.

This hotel is in a fantastic location All though I had to move rooms 2 times , I wish I had paid the extra $$$$ and went somewhere else. Staff fantastic as most are in Bali but the breakfast was very very poor . Same everyday not for me .

Great hotel, great service
Great hotel, rooms are spacious with simple amenities. Bathrooms are a little older in style but lovely and clean. Staff are very accommodating to your needs and will go out of their way to help. We had a situation where my mother could not sleep very well in a bed, normally she would use a recliner. So the staff brought a poolside recliner lounge into her room and dressed it with bedding blankets and extra pillows for her comfort. It was fantastic. The hotel is situated on busy Jl. Kartika Plaza in Kuta however none of the street noise was noticeable from our room. Very quiet in fact.
