«Fint, stort rom med utsikt over Rhinen. Parkering på gaten, helt ok i dette området.»

«The automated check in procedure is a mess. The hotline in case there are issues was not available. Could not even leave a message. This hotel has two different buildings. And two different lock boxes for the keys. Only one is mentioned in the greeting email. Absolutely mindbogglingly stupid. «New hotel, modern facility. Potensial to be a 4 star judged by interior standards. On reception there was abit of friction, when it came to payment, using Hotels.com portal. The hotel havn't received and confirmant of payment throught Hotels.com. But the receptionist gave me the benefit of the doubt, and they would redirect this problem to Hotel.com instead of me the guestvisitor. I payed in advance for the stay»

«A genuine shock - I managed to find this room available during a very busy time in Cologne (Gamescom). It was very well located and well-priced. Staff were attentive and helpful, room was quiet and clean, with aircon and amenities. A very comfortable stay.»
