«It is a beautiful hotel, but considering the price I would expect more. Lack in information regarding meals and times. Might be a language problem, but google translate would easily solve this with an information sheet... all in all a good stay, but with this location and amenities it could have been better.»

«Very nice hotel. Very close walking distance to the train station of Hakone-Yamato and restaurants and shops I really enjoyed my stay. The only thing that i didnt like was that the smoking area wasnt closed properly so several times i smell the cigarettes in the hallway »

«Nice modern hotel located in a nice street close to train station. The staff was always polite and helpful. Free miso soup and fried rice ball as evening meal, and coffee and other warm drinks for free. Laundry machines available. We had a room with two bunk beds, and it was spacious. »

«Our first visit to Japan began with 3 nights in Kamakura, a beautiful small coastal city. We chose WeBase due its great overall location and its proximity to Yuigahama station. The hotel is tucked away down a quiet street and you’d miss the entrance if you didn’t know it was there. Rooms are spotless and modern. The breakfast galettes were incredible and the breakfast service was one of the highlights of our trip. We will definitely stay there again!»

«It was a pleasant surprise arriving at Miss Morgan hotel, being treated kindly by staff and the room was lovely. I liked all the details and thought put into designing the room, the bathroom was so nice with the extra amenities and the bed and its linen was so comfortable. I didn't want to leave. I appreciate the little bonuses of coffee selection and bath salts on my room's floor, and also the breakfast pastries in the morning. I hope I can stay here again!»
